single tour (removing the cuff)
While the buckle prevents this while it is on, you can just slide out the other side and then remove the strap from the watch and wiggle it.I was wondering whether this was possible — while it seemed clear that the lower part of the loop would slide out easily, I'd assumed that the buckle would be too wide to fit through the slots in the cuff. I'm guessing from your post that's not the case? Makes me want one even more...
Now I hate to be a pain, but could you post a picture of that face with Today's date (10/20)? I'm curious to see how the date box expands to accommodate two wide characters, which I assume it does.

On a side note, I'm kind of surprised Apple allows screen shots of the watch face.

I also thought it was a circle of some kind, but yes, it indicates moon phase spot on!Here ya go:

I kinda thought the moon phase (looking) complication wasn't really active....but it appears to be. (See my current watch face and this one from someone posting earlier.)

How's this any different from taking any other screenshots (or even a photo of the watch face)? Nobody can currently make an active analog face for the AW.

Unless you think custom watch faces are never coming, the ability to take a picture of a copyrighted watch face is arguably unnecessary, but will easily give people the tools they need to make a perfect replica of that face.
Yes but the point is Apple doesn't enable it. I can make a custom ringtone for my iPhone, but Apple doesn't allow me to easily make one using their tools.Of which they can't even make an active analog face for the AW, at least for the time being. That's the real restriction on Apple's part and I doubt they care about random people using replicas on other watches. It's also moot as anyone can easily make a replica from photos, etc.

I believe I already covered that above ... so you think Apple is never going to let that happen? Once you let customers do something, it's harder to take it away later. And Apple isn't allowing people to make a replica of analog watch faces for use on the Apple Watch, so your point is...?

The fact is, right now, the screenshot of an analog watch face is useless. So Apple hasn't let the customers do anything yet. What makes you think this will ever change?
Guess you win then. Apple will never let a customer create a custom watch face, as evidenced by the fact they let them take screen shots of copyrighted watch faces now, which would only be used to circumvent buying the same watch face from a future online store. /s
Say Apple does come out with a watch face store. All they have to do is make sure we can't add our own backgrounds to whatever watch faces they are selling. We still have to buy the Hermes watch face from Apple if we want a working Hermes (or whatever) watch face on our watches. I don't understand why you think existing screenshots will help us circumvent this hypothetical watch face store.
Alternatively, it's about par or a slight discount vs. an analog Hermes watch, plus you get a stainless steel Apple Watch to go with it.So it's a 500 quid premium for a Hermes branded Apple Watch with a leather band. And that's it? No extra features or hardware? Totally worth it.
I'm considering the 38mm, as I long ago decided 40mm was the largest size for me in mechanical watches. But I see that the 38mm Hermès strap only fits to 180mm, and I have a 7" wrist. I'm concerned it won't fit or will be on the last hole and look funny. Can you be of any assistance regarding my concerns?
