Carrier Who else will be braving their local carrier store?

Called a few places around here. Got things along the lines of, "Slim chance, don't know, not all orders are in". Ugh. It'd be nice to know. I'm heading out about 3:30-4a. Fingers crossed

Seems like all the responses I've read and received (locally) is they will either have very few 7s or no phones at all at T-Mobile. The black plus is going to be a unicorn for a while.
I like the black but I'm definitely not chasing. I just want a plus.
Been at my Verizon store for a little over 2 hours (got here at 8pm). I was first in line barely, as someone else was just parking and got out of their car as i was walking up to get in line.
I had stopped in an hour before they closed and they wouldn't give me any info despite telling me on the phone earlier they will have pluses. Since I'm first in line and the rain had stopped I'm gonna try my luck and see what happens.

damn, you are doing this for a phone? or to sell for profit? where do you sleep? if at all.
Well I've got a nice fold out chair with and a blanket and pillow. And it's not to cold so if i want to sleep i can.
I am a bit crazy for doing this, especially since there's a good chance they won't have jet or matte black. But I'd rather have a slightly uncomfortable night than wait until late October or November. Ive got my phone, work phone, laptop, battery pack and headphones too so it's not like I'm juat sitting here doing nothing.
Is it worth going to my AT&T store even though they said they were most likely not getting any in stock?
Black is probably really slim to none, silver i have no idea as its not super popular but all 7+ models are in high demand.
If you have the time and are willing personally isddo it but just don't expect to be guaranteed to get one.

I might try my local att tomorrow. But I can't get there until 3ish. So probably no luck but I'll try anyway. lol
Had the one I wanted in my cart as soon as preorders went live and had the opportunity to get it tomorrow, Verizon wouldn't let me change the shipping address from my parents. So I figured oh well I'll go to the store. Well with rumors there will be no pluses I just gave in and ordered it online. See you in late October, iPhone. Good luck to everyone out there!
I got to my local AT&T store in Durham (pretty big store) at about 7:30 and the manager came out and told me they have absolutely no pluses in any color. I went ahead and ordered mine with a ship date in late October as orders are going to get really backed up when people find out there are no pluses.
I am first at my local VZW store here in West Texas. Will chill in my truck until I see a car rolling through and then of course I will jump out truck with fold out chair. I have all angles covered I think lol

I was thinking about dropping by a carrier store to try my chances (particularly T-Mobile but posts here have been discouraging), but what do you think it'd be a better route to try to see if there are any that can be reserved at Apple Stores online when stock replenishes?
