The 6+ 16GB went pretty quick. The ship date slipped to 10/7 really fast. Now that it is already at 10/14, it must be the most popular choice.
At the last minute I got through the error to find one of my lines had an upgrade. I didn't get exactly what I wanted, however it is the correct size (6 Plus) and the correct capacity (64) but I had to get white. No biggie. I had the White iPhone 5 and I loved it. I was hoping for Space Gray but whatever. At least I got 9/19 delivery! Now just awaiting the confirmation email. 
Btw, I was using Safari 7.0.6 under Mavericks. Took 15-20 tries to get through the error but I finally did.

When are you getting yours? both of mine slipped to 10/7, although I ordered both before 4am
Well that was frustrating! I was upgrading two phones and wanted to do Edge. I had my 6+ with a 9/19 date but it was wanting to charge me full price. After going back and forth and playing around on the site for an hour, I finally placed my order but now I'm not getting it until 10/7. Argh!
Hubby will have his 128 GB 6 on 9/19 and I won't have my 64 GB 6+ until 10/7. He's not going to be allowed to activate his until I get mine, I'm the one who set the alarm for 2:45 am to deal with this crap! Had to place two separate orders to get both phones with Edge yet I still don't have confirmation emails. SMH!

By the way, just in case anyone is wondering. And is ordering through Verizon. I was given the option to have my phone shipped to a different address. Which was my work address. But it did say signature was required for delivery. So it looks like i will be at my office the whole day, no going to lunch or out of the office for any reason till it gets to me.
But they did allow me to it that way, with expected arrival date 9-19. I was an edge customer.

Try turning off Ad Block on your browser!!! I turned mine off and my upgrade went through immediately!!!
Worked perfectly after trying for a couple of hours on my Desktop. Thanks very much for posting.

Well verizon just changed my ship date from 9/19 to 10/07. I got my confirmation email on a 128gb gold 6+ at 12:17am so its pretty crazy that they ran out of their initial stock that quick.
Completed my order about 1:25am PST.
Order status page doesn't show any ship date or anything yet and haven't got the email confirmation yet.
This was almost as bad as the iPhone 4 pre-order with AT&T.

Got my 4.7" around 4am Eastern. Confirmation and order status both say 9/19 delivery/ship date.
