Can you actually get them to change the plan?

supposedly but I'm skeptical…but why should i even have to do that? just put the goddamn plan on the website as an option for the preorder like you're supposed to. I'm not going to mess with that noise of buying one thing then trying to call them to change it, F that.
 
I can't get in through VZ or Apple to place an upgrade order. **** this I am going to bed. Ridiculous neither can get their act together.
 
getting through to pick the phone luckily 54 6plus in gold still shipping 9/19 but still getting error after that

According to Verizon's Online Support only existing customers are having this problem. New one's aren't. Then I got some BS answer that this is a highly anticipated phone and they didn't foresee this problem when "3000 people are on the site trying to preorder".

No email here yet. I checked my credit card and it has a pending transaction. I swore I clicked edge and I went through It so fast that I signed up for a two year agreement, wonder if there is away to change that?

Are they going to help you complete the order?? It's not a shocker that these events are crazy... get with the program VZ!
 
if verizon isn't going to clearly offer the single line $60 plan, I'm clearly not going to go out of my way to give them my business.

Sell it to me, not the other way around.
 
GDI, this ECPD profile error is pissing me off. And now the 16 and 32 variants of the 6+ are showing delivery dates back in october.
 
Ok, finally got through on website. Says ship date is 9/19. I never got through on phone. Ordered the 64gb iphone plus silver.

I just kept going back to verizon home page and clicking on preorder now. It took me to a funky looking page where all my phones didn't load correctly but I was still able to click on one to upgrade. Then after that it was smooth sailing. No glitches.
 
I'm still trying to understand why Edge isn't allowed through Apple's website, but Next is?

I'm sure Apple would've liked to have that available on their website. My guess is that Verizon wanted more control over it (i.e. can only pre-order one phone on the Edge plan online).

Can someone explain the benefits of choosing edge over a standard 2 year contract? I read over it but I feel like they are trying to screw you over somehow haha...

I keep getting this stupid ECPD error! I had my phones but it won't let me choose Edge for both phones, maybe I need to do separate orders. This is ridiculous!
