My iPhone X arrived, but not sure how to activate it. My company owns the AT&T business line so I have no access to the account credentials, but I have an iPhone 7 activated on the network now... Can I just put in the current AT&T SIM I have now and turn on the phone without being prompted to enter carrier info?

If you got the phone from bestbuy and want full unlocked, gsm+cdma support find someone with a vz sim, put it in and then activate from there.
I guess my issue revolves around the activating part... If I use the Verizon sim to activate it using the account info of a friend, can I then just take the Verizon sim out and use my company AT&T sim which is on an account I have no info or access to?
I'm in the same boat and am fairly certain that's how it should work. Will know for sure in a few hours.
Let me know what you end up doing. I reached out to my IT dept to see what they want me to do.

Yeah that should work. I switch between AT&T and Verizon all the time on my Pixel 2 by just swapping the SIM cards.
Well damn, now I have way too many phones, haha. My 11/10 order is ready for pickup. And my new order from this morning at a different store is ready for pickup. But I already snagged one this morning from Verizon (walk-in, no wait).
I cancelled my Apple order which still said 11/17 - 11/24, during my Verizon sale. So Apple is the only one who failed me!

My 11/10 IPhone X 64GB Silver is ready for pickup at BB! Very excited.
I had a phone being shipped also and received the same message. My AT&T app shows it on my account already, which means that they had to physically scan a phone box for the IMEI. I called bb mobile division and was told that it had shipped and that the system sent inaccurate messages to many customers. They gave me my tracking number.
Hopefully this is your case as well (and that you didn't go through too much trouble trying to secure one by some other means)!

Had delays. Had a ready by 11/3 email up until midnight last night. Then received the dreaded delayed email.
If you do try to change it, the system will cancel your previous order and put your order in as if it were just ordered today. At least this is what I was told by bb mobile back office, when I tried to change my delivery to in store pickup.
Wow, great to hear that 11/10 orders are coming in early. Mine is 11/10 but no movement yet. In store pick up at BB, 256 silver. I ordered full price with the xtra $100, wonder if that has anything to do with it?
No movement yet on my 11/10 shipped to home from BB. 256 Att Silver on the Next plan ... but thinking of walking into walmart since they apparently have a few if they let you purchase using Next. I don't want to go the full price up front route.

He looked up order and said sure you can come an hour early we are opening at 9
Went today to store and they said they don’t have it now and no idea when they will. They had a list and I was on it (around 15 to 20 names) but no phone assigned - I’m a Best guy elite member - won’t buy from Best Buy again. This isn’t a launch you screw up

I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I got an email saying my 11/10 order was ready for pickup! I went right In and there was no line. Within 3 mins I left with my phone. Definitely glad I preordered with BB as a backup because my Apple order wasn’t supposed to arrive till Dec 11th! The phone is great by the way.
Tip for those picking up the online pre-order. Go to the usual in-store pick up area, not the mobile phone area of the store. After you get your phone you can go over to Mobile and have them set it up if you don't want to.

I got an MQA82LL/A model paid outright from Best Buy, thinking I could use my T-mobile SIM in it. But before I open the phone, I want to be 100% certain that will work, since I now see the Space Gray 256 GB T-mobile version is listed as MQAU2LL/A.

Walked into my walmart 2 miles away which actually has 6 available. Not one other person in the 30 min i was there asked about the x. I walked out with the one I wanted and then best buy charged my card for the one I ordered from them lol so I'm sure that will be shipping and be here Monday/Tuesday. Now I need to either take it back to best buy and remove it from my plan or give it to one of my kids. Seems a little expensive for a 16 year old though... and could get stolen at school. Might be walking it back into best buy next week. FYI Walmart in Covington GA has 5 available and if you check brickseek online you can check the stock of other areas which is how i found that they had some.
