Doesn't say anything about them cancelling orders?
No it is them explaining why they stopped selling the full priced phones but I think when they first removed them from the website and the system thought they were no longer selling them that orders cancelled mistakenly then realizing this they left an active link for it where obviously people are still finding it in order to complete presales but to hide it from further orders. My speculation as a webdesigner looking at their pisspoor solution for a quick fix.

Contrary to some posts here preorders are working out at BB

Maybe we will still be ok....

They never charge your card. They sell
Them to friends and then there's less for preorders . No theft involved

If you've had such nightmare experiences with BB why did you preorder from them again for the hottest device in the past 8 years? I personally had no other options with the Apple store down and Verizon launching their site early so BB was my fallback plan and thus far I haven't had any sketchiness and Im sure Friday ill be posting unboxing pics... More curious then anything on your end?

-Here is the statement they just posted telling us its up to the physical store to price match for the iPhone X:
Hey XXXX,
I work at our Corporate Headquarter here in Richfield, MN, and closely work with the team here in charge of mobile operations. The mobile team here has assured me that we are not matching lower prices found at one of our competitors, and that would include our stores. If these stores are advising you otherwise they are advising you incorrectly. With that said, if your local store is willing to match this lower price that is up to them as the $100 will be a direct loss to this store at their choice. Stores would not be required to match a lower price found at a competitor on the iPhone X.
Thanks,

-And from the looks of it they have pulled the full price +100 dollars from best buy.com for an ordering option to purchase the entire iPhone + 100 more. Ive heard rumblings today when they removed that line item from the web site it triggered cancellations for shipping orders for full price unlocked iPhones or Inshore pickups but I have no proof and only reading the media and these forms.

- I personally confirmed via Verizon my line upgrade FOC is 11/3 and was able to reach BB on that forum and on Twitter confirming my preorder will be available for pickup Friday at 10am once I receive the email.

- Ive also been told by my local store to have an appointment setup. Ive set that up last weekend for 10am on 11/3. Again I don't know this is accurate and it was what I was advised by my local BB and by phone.

- Sounds like some of us are still on track for launch day X! If you have any questions etc Im more then willing to share all my data. Im not a BB employee and Im running off info from public sources or by contacting companies etc.

From what I understand you’re still able to view the full price option if you do some digging? It’s just hidden, apparently.

Totally it’s just thier customer service reps say it’s no longer an option and by removing it today the rumors are full price paid customers had thier orders canceled pretty sketchy IF that’s true. I’d be .. I learned along time ago Instore pickup seems in my humble opinion to have less trap doors

Man my order hasn't even prepared to ship.....there is no way I'm getting mine on the 3rd.

Simply not true. Like I said earlier, I ordered the new Amazon Kindle and it only went preparing the day it shipped overnight. Not to say we'll get our iPhones on 11/3, of course. But... you know.

My order is a full price in store pick up and I have NOT received any emails or communications that relate to what is happening with the news on the full price orders.

I plan on still buying my phone in full when I pick it up, regardless.

They have priced matched iphones every year for at least the last 2-3 years. I did it last year myself.

if they don't they are misrpesenting their current price match policy which is very misleading to customers.

I've been following these forums closely as I have an order for an IPhone X through Best Buy with an in-store pickup date of "by November 10" My full price order has not been cancelled and only 1 person has said that their order was cancelled. I think we are getting fired up for no reason. I'm really happy that Best Buy processed my order and gave me the 10th as a pickup date. Due to my billing address being a PO Box Apple and AT&T locked me out of an order even though I've been a loyal customer of both since the 1st IPhone. AND the extra $100 doesn't bother me either! Apple and AT&T are so intent about their kickback they will not let someone buy the phone outright. They tie my billing address to my Apple order. Best Buy is losing the kickback from AT&T to offer these phones unactivated. I hope that all these conspiracy theories about BB are incorrect and I get my new phone on the 10th.
