Explanation from Best Buy http://www.4-traders.com/BEST-BUY-C...uy-Update-from-Best-Buy-on-iPhone-X-25408741/
No it is them explaining why they stopped selling the full priced phones but I think when they first removed them from the website and the system thought they were no longer selling them that orders cancelled mistakenly then realizing this they left an active link for it where obviously people are still finding it in order to complete presales but to hide it from further orders. My speculation as a webdesigner looking at their pisspoor solution for a quick fix.Doesn't say anything about them cancelling orders?
They never charge your card. They sell
Them to friends and then there's less for preorders . No theft involved
If your BB order isn’t canceled after today, then I guess we are getting our phone 11/3

Could we get a consokidtaed sticked Best Buy thread mods?If you've had such nightmare experiences with BB why did you preorder from them again for the hottest device in the past 8 years? I personally had no other options with the Apple store down and Verizon launching their site early so BB was my fallback plan and thus far I haven't had any sketchiness and Im sure Friday ill be posting unboxing pics... More curious then anything on your end?

That's a bit of a leap.
Not really, considering it says I will..
MmmkYou must be new here.
Believe me, Best Buy is never guaranteed. But there's always hope. That you are allowed to have.
-And from the looks of it they have pulled the full price +100 dollars from best buy.com for an ordering option to purchase the entire iPhone + 100 more. Ive heard rumblings today when they removed that line item from the web site it triggered cancellations for shipping orders for full price unlocked iPhones or Inshore pickups but I have no proof and only reading the media and these forms.
From what I understand you’re still able to view the full price option if you do some digging? It’s just hidden, apparently.
Man my order hasn't even prepared to ship.....there is no way I'm getting mine on the 3rd.

Totally it’s just thier customer service reps say it’s no longer an option and by removing it today the rumors are full price paid customers had thier orders canceled pretty sketchy IF that’s true. I’d be .. I learned along time ago Instore pickup seems in my humble opinion to have less trap doors

-Here is the statement they just posted telling us its up to the physical store to price match for the iPhone X:
Hey XXXX,
I work at our Corporate Headquarter here in Richfield, MN, and closely work with the team here in charge of mobile operations. The mobile team here has assured me that we are not matching lower prices found at one of our competitors, and that would include our stores. If these stores are advising you otherwise they are advising you incorrectly. With that said, if your local store is willing to match this lower price that is up to them as the $100 will be a direct loss to this store at their choice. Stores would not be required to match a lower price found at a competitor on the iPhone X.
Thanks,
Allan
