Well, here's mine. Still installing software, so hopefully all my apps work.

It does that when Dashboard's enabled (F12 by default) then changes back to white when you leave Dashboard. Furthermore, the faint grey stripes seem to be gone now.

I might as well add a picture of my (uncustomised) Dashboard.

Yeah, I'm thinking that those of us in the USA who pre-ordered it might see it a day or so before the April 29th release date too. Not 10 days before like you Nermal! Bastard.

No i meant that the apple logo along with the spotlight logo are grey.

also i notice that there is at least 3 people in this thread that seem to have Tiger..... do you guys all live nearby?
 
I will be in the Apple Store at the Mall of America most likely until they close. So I think I will be one of the last.

But I will have purhcased 2 copies, and have them installed on 2 seperate computers by 6am Saturday if things go well 🙂

Well, we should change the topic to..

"Who will have the first Retail copy of Tiger installed"

Excluding ADC, Developer, Employees, and Grey market copies..
 
So how exactly did everyone get Tiger this early?? ADC or something?? If it is something we can all order from, please share the link! I can't wait to get my hands on it. On the other hand, I would like my student discount. Darn you Apple, move the release date!

I haven't had a chance to take a thorough look, but at this stage I have to say No. It seems to be a bit buggy, however a clean install may help there (I'm planning on formatting this weekend).

Safari is faster but we seem to be forced to use the Google search box now (and it's stuck on Google USA).

There doesn't seem to be any way to customise number formatting anymore - there are buttons to customise dates and times, but nothing for numbers (see screenshot).

I'm sure it'll grow on me as time passes though. Panther took a bit of getting used to, and now I can't stand Jaguar (attack of the stripes!)

Yo guys, can any of you post screenshots of the keyboard/mouse pref panels? Wonderin' if you can map mice, specifically third party mice?

Awesome, thanks man... That "primary button" option in the mouse panel... hmmm... Confirmation of rumored two-buttoned Apple mouse?

nice catch.... unless he has a 3rd party mouse plugged in and Tiger reconizes it....
 
Yeah it does, if I plug the original Apple mouse in it changes to this:

I heard that iChat now shows the song playing in iTunes on your name automatically..

Yep there's an option there to do that, but I normally use MSN (it's what all my friends use).

I don't have another mouse to try.

I'm just fiddling with Automator at the moment 🙂
