sold my 3GS 2 weeks ago. I was using an old flip phone till a friend let me borrow his 2G iPhone.... still sucks though

I am also iPhoneless. I am using a crappy Net10 phone in the meantime. Auction ended on mine Sunday. Sold for 380 plus 12 shipping. This was a 32GB Black 3GS with a few scratches. Jailbroken, but not unlocked. My baseband was too high. The 24th can't come soon enough.

I was lucky. sold my iphone last week on ebay. got £430 for it. not bad considering i originally bought it from handtec for £550.

Now i'm using a Sony ericsson C905. and people are out there rinsing my imobsters.

Duck

Mine got sold saturday and i picked up an EVO to have a phone to use untill the iphone 4 comes out. I forwarded my calls to it too so i wouldn't be phone less :D

Then it's going right back to sprint once i get the iPhone 4. They have that lovely 30 - Day return policy where if your taking it back you don't get charged anything.

I got 360 for it. And i sold my Otter case and iphone dock as well since it wont fit the new iPhone 4

I cant part with mine. I have no backup phone plus I dont want to lose my unlimited data plan. So im going to hold on to it til after I get the IP4. probably take a $ hit but itll be worth it to not have an iphone for work for 2 weeks. plus I may wait for them to jailbreak it before I buy it. if the price of my freshly replaced 32gb 3GS is too low ill just keep it as a backup.

Basically the title should read "Who didn't budget their money so they could keep their current iPhone and buy the new one".

I know I know, you sold your old iPhone so you could get "top dollar" before the market was flooded. If making an extra $60 dollars or so is that important to you, maybe iPhone isn't the phone for you. Now I know my stance a pretty arrogant one but what ever happened to saving for your high ticket items?

The fact that I can make $200 profit off of buying the next one, and have no use for last year's phone?

Sold mine last month and tried Nexus One for a month. Now that's been shipped back to HTC/Google, I'm with iPad 3G and a cheapo unlocked Motorola "feature" phone. I was hoping that Apple would release the new iPhone sooner than how it actually turned out.

iPad is a lot bulkier and I don't feel safe using it on Bus and trains (I live in SF and there are iPhone/iPad thieves all over the place). I've been streaming radio/podcast on the iPad sitting in my backpack, listening with Sennheiser MM100 BT headphone in my commute.

Now I wish I bought the 3g ipad lol. I would of cut down my sim so i could text on the ipad. i barely talk on the phone so skype would of been fine lol.

There's always one.

I sold my 3GS 32gb for $450 on craigslist. Third phone sold to a foreigner. I couldn't take it any longer without the iPhone so in the meantime I've ordered a Sprint Evo 4G to tide me over until the 24th. (utlizing the 30 day return policy). Gives me a chance to explore Android and realize the grass isn't greener on that side.

I did the exact same thing. The phone is too big to my liking. I feel 3.5" - 3.7" is the sweet spot for mobile phone screen size.

Planning to return the Evo on the 23rd evening and get a 32 GB iPhone 4 on the 24th :)

i sold my iphone 3 weeks ago.. and i have not been right since. I have a verizon phone as well which is my primary phone but, not being "connected" all the time really sucks. I miss it soo much:apple::apple:
