Why don't you like the 5c

...

Price, color options and old tech for me.

Price - it's too expensive.

Color - Not crazy about these weird pastel colors Apple is doing lately.

Old tech - I'm not going to pay nearly the same price as a 5s for old tech

I dont like it coz i had two and they both had the loose screen problem.. Never dropped it, never taken better care of a phone n it still broke. Took it back and got the 5s instead

lol at benchmarks, it means nothing.

in reality, the speed difference 5 vs 5s is minimal.

Idc, that was the point I was making, we were talking about the 5s being 40x times faster then the original iphone if you were following (I'm guessing not). Do you think the 5S literally opens apps 40x quicker then the original iPhone? Of course not. The 5s is 2x more powerful as the 5/5c. Justify the 5 how you want.

again, benchmarks mean nothing. you saying 5s can open up let say safari 40x faster than the ori iphone? i don't think so.

People said the same thing about the 4 vs the 4s, now look at the difference in how they handle iOS 7. A minor performance difference under today's software can be a major difference later.

The 5s GPU is SIGNIFICANTLY faster than the 5, and it has a faster and more power efficient CPU as well. This doesn't mean you should upgrade, but it does mean that the newer hardware should have a longer useable life(because, of course!)

it's probably time for an upgrade by the time the 5 show any lag anyway

The non 1080p retina display on the 5s is old tech too.

Personally I like the fact that they are trying something new. I think the colors are quite eye catching and they give variety to the line up.

Sure it's got older hardware. Yeah it's a bit "Outdated". It's certainly not lacking in quality though.

I'm an owner to a Note III and now a blue 5c. They are both amazing phones and I'm happy. ^_^

I like the 5c. I think the colors are nice. The feel in my hand is very smooth and comfortable. I would like to see new colors like maybe an Orange or Deep Blue. I like metal design too.

I think the colors are absolutely hideous. Especially the pink. It's not a nice pink, it's 70's bathroom pink.

The 5c is still the standard. As long as it is on the market, people will continue to buy. Why? Because it feels like you're getting something FRESH.

That's completely true!!!
I like the photo with the iPhone and the matching background and sleeve!!! It looks like a professional photo. Although u probably took it using your other 5s...

You know, after some thinking about it, the 5c is probably a perfect phone for the intended market. I prefer the higher end hardware(latest and greatest), so I'm not someone who would even consider it, but for someone who needs a good solid phone it's not a bad choice. Plus I think I actually like the blue and green.

Ya me too. Love both color I got the blue just because I fell in love with that first but every now and then, I go to apples website and admire the green wishing I had it... But it was super hard to choose.

I saw the green in person. I might have gotten the pink. I saw that in person. The yellow is also nice. They're all nice.

And the funny thing is. The 5s runs the exact same apps as the 5c.

Ah, but the iPhone 4 that was being sold until recently does as well. I just wanted the faster hardware. Right now, the difference is really only seen in benchmarks, but in a couple years the difference between the 5/5c and 5s will be like the difference between the iPhone 4 and 4s running iOS 7.

True but chances are that by then most of us will have a newer iPhone and the 5s/5c will be a thought of the past...

You can also download the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of iTunes. But there is no difference between them.
