Is Apple bringing back the glowing logo?

No chance. WWDC is primarily a software event; it has something to do with software. It's also a play on the phrase "All systems go." It's probably referring to the new Siri finally being ready (and Siri does glow).

Plus, it was only the MacBook that had the glowing logo. It wouldn't make sense to use "all systems" here. The iPhone, iPad, etc. can't have a glowing logo...at least not the same way it worked on the MacBook by using the display's backlight.

If it was a MacBook hardware event, then maybe you'd be onto something. But even then, backlighting technology has changed since they took the glowing logo away. I don't see Apple designing a new part with built-in LEDs just for looks. It'd add cost if they did. Back then, it didn't cost them anything. Just cut a hole in the back frame and there you go...a glowing logo.

Do you think that Apple is bringing back the glowing logos on their hardware?
Why would you think that? Its long been killed off, and AFAIK, there's been no rumors.

Back in the day, it had a coolness feature, but now, I don't see it doing anything.
