Here's my yearly what's gonna go down at WWDC :
3G iPhone with :
1. GPS intergrated with Google Maps
2. Video conferencing via iChat. iChat goes Windows. Available on WiFi for free, 3G for a fee.
3. Transfer your WMV and WMA files from Windows to the iPhone. No need for Flip4Mac. New Quicktime codecs that allow transcoding to and from Windows files. Quicktime version 7.5 and iTunes 7.7
4. Exchange support .We already know that
5. Two versions of the phone. One for consumer. One for corporate customers.
6. Apple's version of a social network integrated in the phone thus necessitating the switch from .Mac to another kind of service. Keep your .Mac email use a different interface on the iPhone.
7. Sharing media with other iPhoners from phone to phone via Bonjour and MMS ( which will sort of be the same thing )
8. Play your iTunes library from the iPhone on Windows or Mac.
9. Record video and sync with your computer.
10. Flash on the iPhone.
Consumer version available now. Corporate version available in 2 weeks.

Leopard goes full 64-bit Cocoa with multi-touch.
Two versions of Leopard.
One for the PPC architecture and pre-64-bit Intel aka Universal
One for the Intel ( 64-bit only ) Platform that includes multi-touch if you have a multi-touch device. Coming in some new future products. Due out Jan. 2009. Developers get it now.
The Mac Mini is EOL because there's one more thing.
