Customer Service

I dont know about anyone else having this issue as well with Wrapsol Customer Service. They say they will ship me the replacement, then send me a email with Fedex Tracking # and then it never actually is sent to Fedex for shipment. The tracking status remains as - "Shipment information sent to FedEx"

This is the second time this has happened now. I have attached both the tracking #'s - 913223015017824
And 913223015020626

Wrapsol Customer service if you are here then please respond.

Thanks

Actually, just pick up the phone can cell them. ;)

Why not just call them?

I'm on the Pacific coast of the US, which means that for me they are open from 5 AM to 2 PM. It's hard to find time to call them between those hours on weekdays. They should be answering emails and not ignoring people regardless. I think they have received so much bad press from this iPhone 4 debacle that they have stopped caring.

Anyway, I finally managed to call them today and the guy said to just send everything back and my order number was my RMA. He didn't seem very helpful and almost seemed to not care for my business. Whatever they can just give me my money back and I will never deal with or recommend them again.

About 2 days but I e-mailed an Office manager directly...didn't even have to return it. But I was only refunded the price of the product, $24.95

Can you please share the office manager's email address?

You can find time to post here while they are open instead of calling them? "Pacific coast" or not, they were open when you posted.

Seems like you took my advice anyway.

Laziness for the uninspired.

Yeah today is a rare time. It's normally hard for me to find time to call between those hours. I have been trying to get these returned for about 1.5 weeks now and they would never answer my emails. Why do they even offer email support if they aren't going to reply? I was just explaining why it isn't that easy for everyone to pick up the phone and give them a call.

FYI I'm not attacking you just hate the passive attempts people make thanks to the internet to get help.

You're right they should respond to your emails, but they have multiple avenues of contact for a reason. That's miles ahead of some of these companies like Ivyskin, SGP and Element. There are many companies that are just not accessible and Wrapsol has not been one of them in my experience.

Good luck with your refund.

I hate Wrapsol!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely despise this company. After carefully following their instruction so as to install their original full body film I still have blotchy micro bubbles all over the front screen.

After taking a photo, scanning my receipt and going through their warranty process online they had the gall to attempt to charge me for shipping.

Enough is enough. Fool me once shame on them, fool me twice, shame on me.

It is simply not worth it!

Furthermore if anyone believes their 6 foot drop claims for their over priced Ultra skins, I have a bridge to sell you.

I want this company to die and will tell everyone that I know to never never under any circumstances purchase a Wrapsol product.

Contact the Federal Trade Commission and complain about their shoddy products plus their ridiculous claim that their Ultra Product will protect from a 6 foot drop.

The best bet would be to use a regular screen protector like PowerSupport. Just get yourselves the back and side protection if possible.

3 weeks later and satisfied

I've been following this post and eventually decided to go with wrapsol because every product has complaints, but i balanced it out with some stunning reviews.

i got the regular. matted back looks awesome. the front was very hazy with lots of bubbles after the application, but eventually after 2-3 weeks the front looks great. i was sweating that for several days.

actually, i've been really happy with the product. it was a little harder to apply the smaller pieces and the directions on what pieces you get didn't match what you actually got. I think they change the cuts and didn't change the directions.

anyways, overall, i was happy. i'm waiting to get my bumper case to apply which I am sure will affect the edges, but I expect that.

The back of my wrapsol ultra was sliding off the sides a bit like it was cut just a micro milimeter to big. Anyway had them ship me out an original for a replacement and I couldn't be happier!! I did a flawless install with absolutely no bubbles in the front screen(use LOTS of solution & squeegie thoroughly)and the back looks so classy in the matte finish. It also went on perfect. Really like that the sides have a grippy matte finish also. Kinda wish the back would've stayed on the ultra as it did save me from a drop the other day with my phone staying in absolute mint condition but I am more than satisfied with the original skin just like I was when I had it on my 3GS.

I agree, I just ordered a Power Support skin for my iPhone 4

I agree!! I just ordered Power Support.

Honestly, Wrapsol is a horrible product. I cannot believe that they expect their customers to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the milky tiny micro bubbles smear to dissipate. Furthermore, I do not believe the previous poster.

Wrapsol was admonished by iLounge as follows: http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/news/comments/wrapsol-offers-protective-film-for-ipod-iphone/

They produce terrible products and cannot be trusted.

Here is a link to a post which totally refutes Wrapsol's Ultra drop test claim.

Wrapsol should just wrap up their business and go out of business.

That's a complete crock. There are plenty of "viable options."

I am correct. I've purchased every product they've made for Apple and competitors' options. I could write a thousand word essay if you'd like.

I tried to put my otterbox case on my wrapsol phone. The skin is too thick and keeps sliding up. I gave up and took the skin off. The otterbox is going to be a lot more protective against falls. I'm going to have to see if I'm in the return window.

Please don't. The forum has enough garbage in it as it is and your non-sense would only add to it.

And this isn't the thread for this. There are plenty of other threads for your mis-information. Anyone who follows this forum knows that.

anyone can enlighten me?
i just bought wrapsol and the side protection comes only with 3 pieces as on the first picture although the instruction manual and website shows differently.

i tried to figure out where to stick the left side protection as pictured with very long hole
it's too small for the speaker + dock connector and also too short to be wrapped from the bottom of volume button to the bottom right corner of the phone

The skin supposed to be stretched into place while applying it. Stretch it just enough to fit around the holes properly. It shouldn't rip if you do it properly.

Just installed only the ultra back on my iphone 4 last night, and I botched up on the first try. It collected oodles of lint. So guess what I did.... I rinsed it under water, and used the remaining solution from my SGP and did a wet install. It came out fine, though it still has one or two remaining pieces of lint.

So.. don't throw out your botched ones...If it has only a few pieces of lint..rinse it off. Don't be afraid to use a wet install on the Ultra.

:)

Oh wow, I didn't know you're supposed to stretch it... but regardless, I'm asking for a refund because the Ultra collects too much oil residue, making the screen very blurry and hard to wipe.

the other pieces are perectly aligned with the hole and size without stretching it but the long piece of side protector with one long hole doesn't seem to fit with anything on the phone.

so i dont think stretching is the best solution since the hole also is about 1cm wider and bigger.

any other wrapsol user that can enlighten me?

Don't be afraid to stretch it "1cm". It won't rip. Wrapsol even says to stretch it in their application video for the iPhone 4. And yes only the large bottom hole of the iPhone needs major stretching.

Please read above and find me the gleaming reviews of this bubbled/peeling/unfit skin that you know so much about.

I've tried most of the options myself. I don't need reviews. And you're spewing non-sense.

Why do I need reviews when I have seen it myself?

You can go look to others for validation. I've seen others try options themselves and post about them. Ferris23 is one example off the top of my head.

Wow, ive read nearly this entire thread, started off really keen about a wrapsol for my iPhone 4, but now im not too sure, i live in the UK aswell, so i really dont want to go through the hassle of returning, shipping costs, tax etc. But some people's have turned out amazing hmmm, i would still really like one, im going to have to ponder on the thought i guess.
