I decided to try out the SPG Oleophobic that a lot of people have been talking about and I can't even begin to describe how much better it is than the wrapsol...Fingerprints wipe away with ease, clarity seems better, no orange peel effect, much smoother finger flicking/scrolling, SUPER easy installation, AND they give you an extra set of films.

I don't know what wrapsol has been smoking lately but this generation of films has been horrible. Quality control is seriously lacking and people are have big problems with micro bubbles and etc. The one good thing Wrapsol has been great about is shipping people out new films right away and honestly that does go a long way but is it enough?

I don't see how shipping out a crappy product to replace another crappy product is good customer service.

the service itself is what I was actually talking about. Call them up, talk to them and they are great people who really try to help you out. If you have an issue with the film all you do is upload a picture of whats wrong and BAM they send you an entire new set in a very quick manner. Thats great service...they just so happen to have a horrible QC process going on at wherever these are being made. It's not like Wrapsol has always made a crappy product. The previous years films were pretty darn good...I'm just disappointed with the current issues (which CAN be fixed for the most part). So yes a company CAN have excellent customer service but yet have a problem product at the same time. You don't have to agree with me though, thats the wonder of having your own opinion ;

Glad to see I'm not the only one who is finally done. Went through 2 Ultras and 1 original. The back and sides of the original are great. The front just sucks and the ultras are just all around horrible. Refunds are now impossible because some people are "taking advantage of the refund policy". In my opinion Wrapfail has taken advantage of everyone that ordered from them by scamming them for 30 bucks and sending out this piece of crap. I've removed the front film and installed the film I purchased off EBay for 3 bucks. Much much better than the Wrapsol. I may try the SGP oleophoblic. I must say after all this that if you are thinking Wrapsol, burn 30 dollars instead. You'll be better off. Horrible company.

I definitely recommend you give the SPG's a shot. I actually have somewhat of a frankenstein film covered iPhone 4 right now :D. The front is the SPG Oleophobic film. The sides are Wrapsol Ultra (I like them because they have a bit more thickness to them with a rubbery texture so it MIGHT help if I ever dropped it) and the back is SPG Ultra Crystal lol.

Does anyone else think fingerprints/oils stick to your wrapsol ultras like crazy? I had a horrible time of trying to wipe them away.

Ya when I had the Ultra I had to really buff the hell out of it with the microfiber to get oils off.

I'm bummed with the recent goings ons of Wrapsol. All of my previous experiences have been spectacular. I never had any of the issues listed above. I still have my Wrapsol for the iPhone 4 in a box waiting to be put on a white iPhone 4. I hope mine turns out okay.

I agree. I haven't ever had a problem with them once. They've always been great to me. And the warranty service, they sent me an entire new set when I just had problems with the front screen protector. I like the back for sure with the matte feel, but the front is not as great. I ordered the SGP ole, so I'm waiting for that to arrive.

Still got bubbles on the front screen of my iphone there not clearing  the backs perfect however. If i get a replacement shipped am i going to have to pay customs charges again??? if thats the case i might aswell get a refund as i paid customs charges for this protector and im not to happy with the results

They sent me 3 new sets because of it.

STILL... it shouldn't take 3 complete sets just to get ONE front right. I ONLY needed the front to be as good as the rest of the skin.

The one thing they don't do is warranty individual parts. It probably could save them some money in the long wrong if they did this... but it would take more careful management with the warranty replacements, something that has been troublesome for them.

I wonder if it was the volume of orders placed...

I would just get a refund if I were you, the front of the replacement is most likely going to be the same. Or just save yourself some trouble and get some different screen shields.

This company has some pretty good customer service sometimes, but they seem to have gotten sick of being nice and just want everyone to be quiet about the problems.

The Matte back still looks fantastic on mine but the front is just OK.

The problem with Wrapsol, Zagg, BSE is that they pretty much use the same material so it's going to have that "washed out" look.

As soon as my Powersupport Crystal Front comes in, i'll ditch the Wrapsol front. No doubt in my mind PS makes the best front film out there...

I decided to give it a go and just ordered the Ultra for the iPhone 4... Can't wait to get it (and my iPhone 4 of course ;-))

I have just received my first set of the Ultra, and so far I cannot see any weird stuff... For now I have quite some bubbles on both the front and the back, but I will be patient and see how they fade away in the next one or two days. Hopefully everything will go allrighty, because I don't like the thought of my iPhone being 'naked' again ;)

I've emailed them asking if I'll have to pay customs again they said I wouldn't if I do I'll ask them for a refund I'm not paying it again. After speaking to customs today I've got to send the customs note bk to them and they'll issue a refund what a joke it'll take a few weeks I told the guy it had $26.91 on the note he asked if that included shipping I said yes that's when he told me to return the note

I'm actually having trouble getting an email reply from them. When did you send your email and to what address did you send it to?

It's been a little over a week for me and I sent an email to both their support and refund addresses. I'm really disappointed that they haven't given me any reply, not even telling me their are working on my refund or something. I'm starting to think they are only taking care of the replacement emails and disregarding emails that ask for refunds.

Wow this company seems to be getting worse and worse, they have now changed their refund policy to 30 days instead of 45, and it no longer says the refund will include shipping charges.

I just want my money back and I will never say another word about wrapsol, I am not trying to get anything for free, I just want a good product. If I cannot get ALL my money back I will be making sure that everyone hears about the back experiences that I have had with this company.

Wow. I knew that they would change their policy, so I took screenshots of their old gaurantee. I believe anyone who purchased their product before their policy change should still be given their old gaurantee. They can't gaurantee people and then change it later; that goes against the meaning of a guarantee.

Anyways it's a huge low for wrapsol as a company.

Yes I actually did the same thing, I am just so disappointed. I used this company because their products were supposed to be the best of their kind, and if they weren't I could get a refund, what a crappy company. I will be calling them to try and get this resolved tomorrow, I really hope they will do the right thing.

I contacted them through wrapsol.com the support section. I was suprised they emailed me back as I've sent them a few emails and had no reply. I've had to pay $6.99 for shipping but there sending out another screen protector

UPDATE
Well i've had a reply to the 3 emails i sent over the weekend now from there customer support team .Seems they don't work weekends :p

FWIW, I pre-ordered a Wrapsol Ultra which was defective when I received it (numerous scratches). I called Wrapsol, got through right away, and requested an Original as a replacement. The Original was quickly shipped to me and was in pristine condition. I didn't care for the fingerprints that collected on the front and there was a very slight orange peel effect (the matte back looks excellent BTW); it also didn't work very well with my bumper. I called Wrapsol back and again got through right away; I expressed my disappointment and asked for a refund. Wrapsol made it very easy to get my money back without any hassle. Their customer service is top notch. I would have no hesitation about buying from them again. If I was going to go for the "naked" look, I would probably get another Wrapsol Ultra now that they have beefed up their QC.

I received my replacement a couple days ago...installed it and really just don't care for it. The micro-bubbles didn't all go away and for me it's really just too thick...all around, I just don't like it. Sad...

I had trouble with my first skin and they did send me a second but no luck. The bubbles don't all go away and it makes the screen just look poor. Further, it does not play well with the bumper which I will be using until I find a case I like.

I debating about going naked until my power support arrives.

Got my 3rd replacement today. Decided to get my ultra replaced with the original. Love the back, the side pieces and the front is decent but some orange peel. I decided I will be going with an SGP for the front and wrapsol for the sides and back. Still have to wait a couple days before I can try it with the bumper. I have a feeling I'm going to have to take the sides off to get the bumper to fit properly.

Minus the sides (don't really care for them), thats the set up i currently have. I have the wrapsol matte back with the sgp op front. i like this set up even though sgp is still heavy on the fingerprints (for my liking), its not as bad as the wrapsol front that i had on before. i might get the ps anti glare when it comes out, but im forking out wayy too much on accessories already. lol.

Got my wrapsol ultra in the mail. It was in excellent condition and I applied it wet to avoid any bubbles. The sides are not cut perfect so I had to stretch them to fit perfect but all in all my install looks nearly flawless!! Thicker than the zagg shield I had. I really did like the original wrapsol on my 3gs though I think I prefer the ultra back for the iphone4 since the iPhone 4 looks good with the glossy back.

Got my Ultra a couple of weeks ago for my iP4 and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. It has a slight but definite orange peel texture to it and it's incredibly thick, which is likely why the screen feels so much less sensitive now. Also, it feels a little sticky to the touch, which sucks for gaming.

Also the top piece on mine was scratched and the cutout for the camera wouldn't separate from the rest, due to insufficient cutting I guess. They replaced it quickly enough, but I'm not sure I'll use the replacement.

I used a couple of different products on my 3G and the best by far was from Marware - they free one they give you with a case. Zero orange peel texture, minimal if any sensitivity loss, and best of all it felt like glass to the touch. Also it seemed to be unscratchable. I'm going to give them another shot and shelve the Wrapsol.

The SGP Oleo-phobic looks promising too.
