*slow sarcastic clap* So basically jav died in spite of not being a big suspect just because over the course of 3-4 days "we" couldn't get our collective arses in gear to start thinking and voting for better suspects. :-/
It makes me wonder about those that not only lay low but placed a vote for him early on without any regard to new discussion... only to finally show up later and start yelling at everyone to hurry up. Hmmmm.

I didn't suspect jav so I refused to change my vote to him but it was tempting because I don't like waiting around either. (so I DO understand why some of you opted to do that to move this on.) I just hope this doesn't become a habit because it only benefits the baddies.

I would still like to say that if you sign up to these games it's really only considerate that you check in at least once per day and participate. I know things come up every now and again in life so I'm not sure about placing actual rules on limits but for the sake of everyone playing it should be an unspoken rule.
I get that laying low may be a good strategy if you're a baddie but this is a community sort of game and all we have to go on are our votes and posts. If you're a villager and playing it quiet that just makes it more difficult for the other villagers. Don't be that weird, mysterious neighbour no one ever sees or hears. :p

I did find another villager, so will wait until morn to reveal!

some food for thought on 'candidates' for votes in case i don't wake up tomorrow
in no particular order:
- abjnk: reasons mentioned before: just too risky for the villagers to have her around for her potential to be turned, especially since she decided to not use the insta-kill. Her not collecting many votes today makes her an even better target for infection. Plus there is always the off chance that she isn't the vamp hunter at all (which would make KMM her accomplice); voted for jav when it had become clear he was innocent (why not to insta-kill stonyc if she thought he was more likely to be a bad guy than jav?)
- KMM: could be infected as well and feeding us false info, including that clearing abbie. Voted for an innocent jav
- mscriv: didn't vote last round, even if he was posting a lot. odd. most posting seemed to be focused on understanding if abjnk could be safely turned. apparently stalled abjnk from using the insta-kill
- ucfgrad93: voted early for jav, then reactivated the mob against him. strongly suspected by jav, voted also for KMM before he could declare the scan on day 2
- apple123: voted for jav and KMM, slightly suspicious voting behaviour on day one
- philbeeney: voted for jav and KMM, plus the reasons mentioned by stonyc
- mexbearpig, very low profile in this game, voted for jav and KMM
- renewed: also a very low profile in the game, voted for KMM

hopefully tomorrow we still have the wwhunter (if the no kill the night before was because he was attacked directly, he would have had no more protection this night) and the vamp hunter is still one of us

You aren't helping people who suspect you asking this question three posts after KMM said he will wait until morning...

Whoops, my bad, I'm mixing this game up with the other one. The other game is in real time.

I don't like this theory of suspecting innocent villagers simply because they are innocent villagers.
It leads to improper lynchings, when there are several badies to which we can give our attention.
If a cleared villager begins acting suspicious, then we should talk of a possible infection.

To be fair, I also voted for KMM before he could reveal his scan.

Sorry about being absent for awhile... the votes didn't seem to be moving and I ended up going to the Michigan game again yesterday (*BARF*).

Jav6454 just didn't strike me as a baddie, and I am sorry that I was proven right.

I don't fully believe that not posting or keeping a low profile should necessarily imply suspicion... but added to other pieces of evidence, better.

As for mscriv not voting, I also don't see that as immediately being suspicious... as long as he is active, posting and developing opinions, he is being useful. He has also said in past games that he won't vote just for the sake of voting, or something along those lines, so I don't see his not voting this game as that significant a departure from past behavior.

A crash jolted the village awake. As the villagers rushed out of their homes, they saw in plain view two werewolves in the middle of the village square. And between them was mscriv, standing still with a knife in his right hand.

As the werewolves encircled him, snarling and growling, mscriv kept still. Suddenly, as one of the werewolves leaped, mscriv ducked, and rolled, cutting the air with his knife. The knife made a deep cut along the werewolf's abdomen. As the werewolf came crashing besides his or her pack mate, mscriv came to a stop facing the second werewolf.

The second werewolf did not make the same mistake, instead charging towards mscriv on all fours. As the werewolf crashed into mscriv, the knife was buried deep into its shoulder.

Ignoring the obvious pain, the werewolf pitted mscriv on the ground, and tore his throat out.

The battle ended as quickly as it begun. The werewolf tore the knife out of its shoulder with a howl, and darted into the woods, with the second limping close behind.

mscriv was left in a pool of his own blood.

mscriv has been mauled by werewolves. 14 now remain, and 8 is the majority vote.

What can I say, I am not surprised mscriv has been killed by the ww. I would have done the same thing, IMO he's one of the best players.
EDIT: Lets hope KMM didn't scan mscriv.

I'm voting for willbro for the reasons I sited during the last lynching before changing my vote back to Jav.

I have no way of proving that I am not a werewolf, all I can say is kill me and you will have killed a plain old villager. I am not a special.

darn.
should we conclude that we just lost the wwhunter? not unexpected, given the previous night, but this is going to hurt the village badly.
and -if so- we also lost his insta-kill (on top of having lost mscriv's useful insights)

i see dark clouds on the horizon. :(

Don't panic, just to watch him panic. His ability to panic is in direct proportion to the number of votes he gets. Observe.

:D

haha
except I was right all along wasn't I?

anyways. not much to go on, again.

i think I'll have to go with abjnk again, for all the reasons i listed previously, at least until she uses the instakill (unless it's on me, of course :D

Oh no! Not mscriv, he's one of, if not the best, player we've got! Rest in peace mscriv, thanks for your insights.

Phew, thank God I didn't scan mscriv! Okay peeps, I scanned willbro, and he is just a villager, so you may as well not vote for him, m'kay? (Looking at you NathanMuir and Rodimus Prime: tres suspicious to vote for someone without hearing the scan, and voting for a villager). Their wolfy-metre right now is going up 20-25%....

Therefore, until better evidence makes it self evident, I shall be voting for Rodimus Prime!

I believe you. Rodimus Prime. Sry, mate :p

I think that it's rather suspicious that willbro advocated killing you as soon as you were revived and now he's supposedly clean.

I think that this could be a good test (lynching willbro) in finding out if KMM is still on our side or if he's infected.

I'll think about changing my vote...

Are you cereal? :p

If you lynch willbro, worst case scenario is you will do is kill an innocent villager: and for what, the sake of qualifying me? That helps no one.

Best case scenario for lynching willbro is that I'm lying to you, for some, inexplicable reason (if willbro was a werewolf, it would be kinda silly for me to put him under everyone's suspicion if they think I've been converted), and he's a werewolf. Too bad that's not true, and if you do lynch willbro you will just kill an innocent villager and find out that I'm not infected (which you should already know), and we would be no further to killing the actual werewolves.

well I really fell behind in this game....
So i am just going with KMM and vote for Rodimus Prime.
Changed vote to stonyc.

Votes so far:

Rodimus Prime: 5 (Willbro, King Mook Mook, Melrose, Mexbearpig, ucfgrad93)
Willbro: 1 (NathanMuir)
Abijnk: 1 (Don’t panic)
Stonyc: 1 (Rodimus Prime)

Majority is 8

Left to vote:
Philbeeney
Abijnk
Appleguy123
iBlue
Renewed
stonyc

Rodimus, do you have a defense?

My defense is I stated before hand that I was going to start voting for quite people. You were one of the quite ones. I was getting tired of this game just dragging on.

I am just a villager and I will take KMM at his word and change my vote over to stonyc. Another person who has been very quite and tends to hang onto their votes and drag this on.

I could care less if you all kill me for I am just a villager and this game just keeps dragging on.
