EDIT: So yeah, this first round was way more frustrating than it should have been.

- people voting based on a name change (let me be clear, if you're main reason was lbro's "reluctance" to vote... I can see that, but there were some who cited only the name change as their reason to lynch him).
- lbro not posting again to defend himself = no information whatsoever. Come on!
- assuming Ravenvii posts the lynching before lbro might actually post, it's up to the Undertaker to find out what we actually lost.
- if lbro was that important to the Villagers, the Undertaker has to basically out him or herself in order to make that known, which means we lose a useful Villager no matter what.

I really hope lbro is a WW/Vamp or at least a Goth, because we (everyone, including lbro) could have handled this a lot better and actually come away with some useful information, at the least.

I'm going to say this one more time... I think the Priest should really consider using their yes/no question tomorrow (or at least before the attack/infection immunity is gone after Day 3) should they hopefully make it through the night.

currently i think the dealine has expired? just as an info, is it kosher for the lynchee to speak past-expiration date but before the actual hanging? I would think yes, but just wanted to know.

finally, i am afraid the time deadline has backfired in terms of pace of the game (or are we just getting tired of them)

Yes, it has been well past the 72 hours and I think it's really crappy that lbro just decided not to talk. lbro, if you had an important (good) role, you've really blown it for the rest of us.

P.S. Agreed on what Stonyc has said (above and below). And yes, where is the priest? The immunity is only for 3 days. We got to get prayin'.


(sorry, just a bit aggravated about the way this is going down.) The baddies seem to have quite an advantage in this one and for this not to be a slaughter the good people have to play it carefully and smartly as possible.

I have no issue with participation "rate" so to speak... I understand that people have lives (I do too, I've missed votes in previous games because of offline issues)... and purposefully having a low participation "rate" is a perfectly valid strategy for lying low, etc.

I just found this first round overall to be frustrating for multiple reasons... yes, it sure seems like the new deadline rules came to bite back at us... and I wish lbro nothing but the best of luck if he is dealing with offline issues. But it was kind of frustrating to see his last post, when he knew that he already had a couple votes turning to him, and that a deadline was working against him... why not just defend yourself then?

I think with this deadline you can't just assume people will "come to their senses"... you really have to be proactive in this game and at least try to be cognizant of when deadlines are approaching, so that you can do something if you have to.

If I'm coming off as too complaining, that wasn't my intention... so I apologize if you think that's the case. The deadlines in this game can really accelerate things so my advice to everyone is try to be proactive when you can.

It may be too late in regards to the lynching but being as the official lynching post hasn't taken place, I would think you can and should (have) post(ed) your role. (it's not the same as say a dead seer posting their scan result.) If you are a value to the NON-dark side the sorcerer may wish to revive you.
