Well, we don't know how much to believe about clues in the narrative, but it could be interpreted that the lack of an executioner at the last lynching means that appleguy123 was the executioner. Of course the undertaker could probably confirm, but I don't think such information is worth revealing his/her identity over.

As far as voting goes, I realize that I sometimes don't vote in early rounds, but I usually like to see how votes shake out and often my vote is not needed. If it does come down to me being in a deciding situation then I will always vote. That being said on day 2 we were down to 17 players and 6 of those 17 didn't vote. Now it could be real life getting in the way or the weekend deadline thing, but that's a full one third of the village not participating in deciding what we should do. It worked out for me in the end, but I find it interesting that DP was lynched with only a 4 vote total when the majority needed was 9. Hmm... ???

Man! I missed mscriv's defense before the narrative and as stonyc said, not sure if it was a great bluff or if the two (BARELY) front-running lynch names were totally off the mark. Not a bad plan for how the Seer could proceed and assist the village as well.

I was just thinking how annoying that is, whatever the reasons. The least a player can do is freakin' vote, especially if they can't be bothered to post. We all have life things going on but along with occasionally flawed votes, I do try to contribute something to the thread because I think that's how it should rightfully be played. The lack of participation is irritatingly difficult to contend with and I might suggest some of the biggest NON-contributors be put into the Priest's question. The reason being it forces their quiet hands, and being as most of the names on the list end up being lynched on the justification that "There might be another baddie", it removes dead weight. Vocal players tend to slip up one way or another while playing quietly in the shadows is a lot easier. Anything to disrupt that comfort zone has to be a good step.

</ramblings from someone who woke up WAY too early on the weekend and can almost never get back to sleep when that happens>

I can admit that I didn't vote in this past round on purpose. It's the first time in my short history in these games that I haven't posted a vote. I truly had no idea who to vote for, and I didn't want to cast some meaningless vote against someone who i really didn't think deserved to be lynched. Some may call it a cop out, but I really didn't want to vote just for the sake of voting. That's not helping to figure anything out either.

This game seems a lot quieter than the last one, which could be the result of players being quiet on purpose or just the time of year. We got lucky on the first vote, but in these next rounds we are going to need some help if we don't want to pick ourselves off unnecessarily.

Fair enough, though you have contributed to the thread by posting; some people can barely muster that. I think the role of the Priest was intended to help in the early rounds of voting, so people have SOME ideas of where to cast their votes but it seems a couple Priests have chosen to keep quiet for their maximum 3 days instead. It's effective in some ways but not in others. It's great if the baddies go after the wrong player but it's such a small chance I wonder why two out of three priests have chosen that method. Personally I think the sweet spot for the priest reveal is day 2 so you can have the off-chance of a baddie picking the wrong player as well as some time for The Question™ to be perfected by day 3. When you have players from all over the globe with different schedules playing, some deliberate consideration to timing is a good idea.

Well, whoever the Priest is has some explaining to do.

We got lucky Day 1, not so lucky Day 2 and a good experienced player is the victim... and like both you and mscriv pointed out, with not even close to a majority and many villagers not even posting. That last bit right there could be, like Moyank24 pointed out, the incredible uncertainty that surrounded an early round vote. All of those things... taking out good players early, confusion and inactivity all play right into the hands of the baddies. The Priest could have helped mitigate at least the confusion part, and maybe parts of the other three factors.

Lots of chatter and even a vote! Well, tough for the voter... he is in the middle of the town square in a night. Go home! You might well be eaten!

Remember voting closes at 6PM today!

I have officially given up trying to get people to be more active and post :(. I have decided it's a losing cause so feel free not to post and not to vote.

The sun rose, no blizard today. Instead, a waring wind came making the ground slippery. Everyone came out of their homes and found nothing out of the ordinary.

Did the wolf die? No, they couldn't be so simple. Instead, around the edges of the village, mysterious glows could be seen and fur and blood could also be seen on the ground.

What was this strange glow? The answer lay with the gods....

Everyone survived the night! It is now Day 3! Voting majority stays the same at 9. Deadline is 12PM Tuesday.

Wow! That is awesome! Now let's huddle up and get a baddie!

congrats the the hunter for keeping us alive during the night.
Or, the master hunter got hit.

If the master hunter were wise, he or she would keep that in mind... I know when I was a hunter two games ago, I dismissed the probability that the WWs could have hit me. Next night, I was dead.

Now that another day has passed, would the Priest please consider coming out and letting us ask our question? These would be some possible ideas:

- asking if there is a WW, or a Vampire (or baddie in general) in a list of 4-5 people.
- asking if there is more than one WW left in the game (to know if the infection was successful).

And, again I would like to remind those people who are at risk of getting offed for lack of activity within the next several hours to tomorrow morning to please consider posting.

Based on the narrative (not sure if it means anything), the WW went after the priest.
Good catch! I kind of passed over those details on my first read through. That means the Priest is definitely still alive.

...AND

The WWs now know who you are... so you have nothing to lose by outing yourself. They may very likely go after you tomorrow night, at which point they will be successful in their attack... which means we need you to step forward and ask our question TODAY.

For the fourth, or fifth, sixth, infinity time, the Priest needs to out their self and be of some use before they're killed.
