Well, it seems to me that we have a lot of young 'uns here that nobody knows anything about. And we have a few people here saying that they are the same as the young 'uns, even though we know, and they know, they're not necessarily young 'uns any more, they just think they are, or are saying they are. Not that they're fooling anyone; they just like to think they are.

And then, we have a few, like Doc Robinson Panic, who - just because they know a thing or two, about things, - such as medicines, cures, have studied the arcane lore, learning and cures of the Red Men, and have travelled a bit, are always likely to have fingers pointed at them by minds busy with accusation and suspicion.

It is hard to say, really. For now, though, I'll stay with an old 'un, rather than a young 'un; this has the smack of an old 'un to me. So, Plutonius, then.

apparently we have put together the band of noobs misfits with the highest literacy rate in the whole west ;):D

A sturdy testament to our schools, run by some seriously good schoolmarms…..A stirring testament, too, to their parents, who will willingly whack their sorry backsides if they don't wish to engage happily with the education that is offered to them. But yes, it is good to observe that the quill and its uses are not unknown to our band of travellers.

Well since I don't have much knowledge of some of the play styles of the people here and who targets who, I'll go for ravenvii

Plus I don't want to jump on the bandwagon for now.

Not sure if I understand...

[meta] I'm just curious -- do the British actually use that term? Or are you just being in character? [/meta]

In a different century, and country, indeed, in a rather different time and place, the term 'Native American' has been encountered (by me) in - ah, - books of learning and lore and indeed, standard text books. Books found on shelves of places of Higher Education.

But out here, on the trail, does anyone really use such a term? 'Godless savages' is one I refuse to use, even though some do.

But they be the sort who display their own want of learning, and lack of courtesy and wisdom and lack, too, of any sort of knowledge or understanding of the rich and varied mass of peoples created and found in parts of this wide and rolling (and damnably difficult to cross) country of ours. They, too, have customs we would be wise to heed and lore we ignore at our peril…..

Drinking early tonight?:)

I'm going to vote for Plutonius, I guess.

Also, this was a strange post yesterday, since he knows better:

Actually, if you played with me in the past, I always say that and change my vote to make ties (note: it's not a true tie but it allows someone else to tilt it either way).

I also never reveal if I'm a special if about to be voted out.

Some notes on the game before the 12:00am deadline
1) It's doubtful that the WW has infected so we are dealing with one WW.
2) With only one WW, voting patterns are useless.
3) New players have an equal chance of being a WW. After day one, don't be squeamish on voting for one. Voting for a new player will put them on the spot and get them to respond :D.
4) Most of the experienced players now target random players the first night. New players also usually follow the random route so I think Moyank was chosen randomly.

Note: If you look at my past games where I got to pick the WW target at night, you can see I avoid targeting Moyank. Instead, I pick her for the infection :D.

Sorry, you have to remember it's been QUITE awhile, since I last played. I just remember the vets, you being one of them. Anyway, I didn't remember you changing your votes at the last minute, so if that's your strategy (although I think it's weird), forgive me for picking you. However, I certainly think a vet would want to get rid of another vet, mo, so I had you and the other few I mentioned as possibilities. Who knows?

dang, sorry guys. my hockey game is about to start. maybe after first period ill get an update!

Am I correct about the deadline being in 4 hours? I always get confused with these times and us being in different time zones.

Well boys, i s'pose i'll check what john 'astroboy' benson is hidin' on his wagon, to make it a bit more informative
Besides, the old tree didn't look too happy after charlotte persuaded him to share in with us all...

actually there would be two wolves, plus a potential infection.

actually there would be two wolves, plus a potential infection.

Surely the wolves wouldn't waste the infection ability that quickly? They would hope for the seer to scan a villager and then infect the villager that has been cleared correct? Would be a waste.

Queen and Rick changed the rules before the game started.

It's now only 1 WW + infection and I doubt the infection is out yet.

It looks like SS caused me to die in another WW game. I wonder why she hates me so much :(. I get the last chuckle though when she sees who she killed at the end of the game :D.

Hey teckgod do the good thing not the bad thing and switch to make it a tie.

Pluto go check the first post, there is 2 wolves.

John Benton (Astroboy) is hiding a dagger in his boot. I'd bet my last silver dollar that he's the traitor who burned down our homes and killed Charlotte (Moyank).

Has it not been mentioned that the wilderness we travel is rife with thieves, wolves, and coyotes? I take my dagger to protect my cattle, and myself, if the need be. My life is not here on the trail, it is in Oregon.
Anyways, the story does not influence the game.

No he's like that in most of the games. From what ive read anyways, cause this is my first game.

Mhmm?

The loss of another dear member of our motley crew is very disheartening. As well as the loss of Elijah, but with all hope, he is in a better place now. If any deity may be, I hope he looked down favorably upon Elijah. Hitherto, he should be surrounded by his siblings and mother once again. Though indeed he deserved to pay penance for draining near the last of our liquor stores, and was a liability to us all, no man should have to die like that.

The loss of Charlotte will indeed hit us all hard, especially Nash. I did not know her very well (but have enjoyed playing with her so far!); I cannot describe with words the terrible atrocity that has been committed. Without doubt, her killer will be unmasked and vengeance taken out in due course.

So for the vote (and by golly, I almost missed this one). Plutonius seems to be intent on rousing up trouble, and the fact that s/he is a seasoned player makes it all the more reason for me to vote as such.

Let's try and get this tie.

AstroBoy

EDIT- I must ask why is this tie an important thing? Is it to force information out?
