Bummed about the backlit keyboard becoming standard on the 13 MB. I wanted it badly when I got mine but couldn't justify the $250 for it to jump to the 2.4 :(

If I dumped the current one on eBay and bought a new one I'd still probably be looking at losing about $200 on the deal.
 
$29 dollars, I doubt Microsoft can compete with that. Let's see them run those useless ads now.

Because when your battery stops holding as much of a charge Apple has a greater chance of you just buying a new laptop versus when the battery was separate.
 
dangit..i wish i wasn't one of those people that need to have the newest technology out there.
 
So I guess this means no Monitor updates to be heard off...I guess it's finally time for me to buy my DVI-monitor from Dell or HP. *sigh*
 
absolutely gutted. All the things the new macbook 13 will have that i so wanted on mine. do you think they will be exchanging the 13inch macbooks for the updated versions???

its so unfair. how can they justify changing something, when all those mb owners went and splashed out £900 for features which were not available at the time. Well done Apple for identifying your mistake, but its us that was telling you for sooooo long.!! now you just gonna disapoint us. compensation please !!

so wanted FW. Might chuck mine on ebay tonight and see what happens.

You clearly thought your purchase was worth it at the time so what has changed? Quit moaning, hardware always improves.

Welcome to technology. By the time you buy it, it's obsolete. Life isn't fair...get over it.

I'll be interested to see how they've achieved this - I doubt they've added MAPI support into SL - even Microsoft don't have MAPI for Entourage.
Hopefully this will work with Kerio mail server too :)
