Question for those who ordered or who have received their iPhone 12 pro.
Before when I would check on the phone order I would see: Null Null replacement device paid in full. could also see the order number. This morning that is all gone and can only see my old phone under devises.
Don't know if that's a good or bad thing.
Tried to call them, but the message says over a two hour wait time so that's not going to happen. Them calling back is a joke.
Any thoughts

I was just about to type the same question. It happened to me also. Until yesterday the pending transaction on my second order and device(null null) was showing. Now its gone. My call also said over 100 minutes wait. Not sure if that happened before to the folks who already received their phones.

Did anyone get a blue iPhone pro 256G yet? Mine claimed a delivery date of Nov 4, but it's still in 'Not yet shipped' status.

No, this did not happen to me. Went from null null to the device but greyed out to the device clickable to see details like S/N. Seems like either something timed out on their side and will re-appear again soon or else they are either indefinitely delayed on inventory or cancelling orders. I'm guessing by the wait time that this happened to a lot of people. Whenever I've called I only had to wait a couple of minutes max.
 
I'm looking to order the Pro Max but Xfinity doesn't have it on their website yet, does anyone know how long or when they will release the 'shopping link'? there is no waiting page and set fixed time when pre orders will open for the Max?

The preorder for the 12/12 Pro started at the same time as everywhere else. I don't recall the specifics of when the shopping page was added but it was 'live' to use when it should have been.
 
I received my 12 Pro today. My phone never disappeared from my account and, in fact, both phones are now listed even though I’ve activated my 12.

After calling them again and have you put in the last 4 of the card number to verify the account. It said no orders on file? So it appears they just canceled my order?

You can't get through to them on the phone because it always says over 100 minutes wait time so looks like a trip to their store in town.

I ordered on October 26th, and my order went through (credit card had a pending charge), the order number was there (showing null null), got an email. Today I checked and there is no sign of any order, and the credit card charge went away? Like they just canceled my order and never even told me about it. Super pissed and frustrated right now (now the estimated date for pacific blue 256gb pro is showing to be Dec 16; if I decide to put an order again).

Just like yourself, of-course I can’t get a hold of a CS rep. You would think that Xfinity would want to take $1200 orders seriously, but they seems to be completely goofing.

I understand what you are saying.
I have tried everyway to get to them and got one number that said wait 11 minutes, two minutes later it said wait time 20 minutes 10 later it said wait time 40 minutes this is getting to be a joke.
Think for $3 more a month for how I use the phone will be going back to T-Mobile. I know for a fact how to contact them.

Mine is back on the device list as well. I am glad i didnt place the new order yesterday as one of the CS rep told me the order has been canceled and need to place order again. That would have been a big mess.

From my interactions with them, the CS reps are either poorly trained, clueless, or both. They had absolutely terrible/inaccurate information every time and delivered it so surely. One guy tried to tell me a preorder doesn’t really mean a preorder and that it would probably be days or weeks before I got the phone. I received it, as expected, on launch day.
 
ended up ordering the blue iPhone 12 has much has I wanted the pro max I this could not pass up o n that blue color I all so order the blue navy S6 apple watch tonight has well wish will go grate with the blue iPhone 12

WOW that blue is was this too hard for me too pass up that my favorite color has well
