Sounds more like they accidentally uploaded the original version of the graphics that they took from Apple's website, you know, before they edited it ever so slightly to suit their needs.

Super fine however it’s when they profiteer over the copying, that it moves from flattery to theft. And the flattery statement really just becomes a smoke screen criminality.
