lol you honestly believe this?its just glue, it should go away as it dries, I noticed it yesterday and now its so faint I can barely see it. This has happened before with new releases, they are coming pretty much direct from the factory and not sitting around in warehouses.
My yellowing has definitely been slowly disappearing. It's barely noticeable at the top now. I don't think I'll bother exchanging now.
Those with yellowing - left it in direct sunlight for a while to see if it is related to glue drying (under UV light)?
It's weird because I can't see the yellow anymore at the very top that I saw the first couple days. Is it possible the heat from the battery inside cured the yellow glue to clear?
Or you got used to it. I thought mine was gone 100%, but under a certain light, I can still see it, if only barely... Not a big deal. I played the iPhone lottery when I got my iPhone 6 and it was absolutely a pain. This is more than good enough for me.
Today i was in 2 different electronics stores and had a look at 2 se's displays( one was space grey the other rose gold ) and none of them had a yellow tint on top of the screen. The se's I saw in an Apple Store hadn't that either. Last week I saw a 5s, which was yellow on top of the screen..
All the se's seemed to have a warm display though but nothing to worry about..
I'm excited about my ordered se..
Nothing to believe because it's a fact.lol you honestly believe this?
Then why do iPhones that are years old still yellow? It's not a fact. The fact is that yellow = yellow and you getting used to the tint is what's causing the apparent "fading" of the tint. Maybe in 0.001% of the cases it was actually glue and the tint has really disappeared.Nothing to believe because it's a fact.
A prefer A slight blue tint over the slightest yellow tintMy T-Mobile TSMC SE does not have any yellowing. I'll get pics later, but compared to my old Note 5 and fiance's S7 I would say my SE is a tad warmer but the colors are pretty accurate and no blue tint like you get with a lot of Samsung screens. Happy and glad I no longer have to worry about the yellow issue now that the SE is in my hands.
The speedtest server is different between the two tests...Thanks bro

Thats right but they where beside each other when I tested. Also reception isn't that good as the Galaxy s5 i didn't own an iPhone 6/6s interesting if I could test itThe speedtest server is different between the two tests...
Having used for a week what about the yellowing at the top? Has it disappeared? How many people got uneven backlight of the box?
Same here, got mine on launch day and the yellow band at the top of the screen is still there. My phone was probably manufactured around January time so the glue would have cured by now, if the glue cant cure in three months then they are using the wrong glue, total myth if you as me. I have a replacement on order, not due for another two weeks though.Mine is still there. I think there is no glue curing it's a myth.
