Apps your top 5 apps?

Thanks everyone! I had no idea about Lumy. I'm a photographer so I just downloaded Lumy and it looks great! My wife thought I was just making up "The Magic Hour", but now she believes it exists ;0)

A few that I tend to use more often are . . .

ParkoFindo: I tried a lot of car locator apps. Some were too slow, some excessively complicated, some could not get a lock. This one is my favorite. Works, and is fast.

SoundHound: Fun to have this on my wrist if I hear a song while driving.

RSS on Watch: Like how I can continue reading interesting articles on my phone.

Best mail app by far: Spark by Readdle

I have been trying this app for a few days now and the functionality of both the iPhone app an the watch extension are awesome! There s one BIG downside to me and that is that this app seems to drain my iPhone battery fast.

What are your experiences with this? I'm about to throw it of my phone but when I look at functionality, I don't really want to

You can tell I'm from England and I like music festivals and cricket.
On my watch is Apples Weather, Weather Pro, Weather Nerd and Dark Sky!!!! :)
IMO best is Weather Nerd, followed by Weather Pro and then Dark Sky.
Dark Sky is superb on the iPhone though!

Weather - stock weather is fine for me. I had Weather Channel but it's the same thing as stock weather
Activity - cool to see all the info is has
Messages - talking to siri works great! my favorite feature.
Instagram - just for looking at notifications or liking a pic real quick
Evernote - create quick lists and they pop up on all my devices

I use "Hey Siri" more than any of the apps. Works very well for me.

Updating my fav 5:

1- Fantastical (superb calendar app)

2- Newsify (updated today with Apple watch support). By far, the best RSS out there. The watch app has unread count & auto-mark read. You can also star a story. Love it.

3- Spark (email)

4- Workout

5- Activity

I downloaded darksky because of the imminent weather notifications. It has to enable location services for that, and it literally sucked my iPhone 6+ battery dry. I still like the app but I have to turn off that feature. I read somewhere that that feature worked without location services by using cell tower triangulation but it wouldn't let me turn it on without using the GPS.

Evernote: takes dictated notes.
Todoist: to add dictated to-dos
Games: Golf game for Apple Watch, Cannon Shot Game for Apple Watch, Coin Tossing (it's a 3x2 bundle)
Runtastic: running tracking.
7Minutes Workout Johnson&Johnson app

My updated list (not in order . . .)
Weather Underground. (Nice layout, and animated radar!)
Shazam (handy to identify songs. WAY faster than SoundHound)
Calcbot (favorite calculator so far)
ParkoFindo (I tried a lot of car finders---this is my current favorite)
Crafty Voice Memos (wish it opened faster, however)

Radarcast has a great animated radar. I bought weather need which has a better looking glance than dark sky but it won't load properly. Assuming iOS 9 beta 3 is the culprit. They fixed long standing bugs but everything crashes and apps don't work with Apple Watch properly.

Hey there! Glad you enjoy Spark! The latest 1.0.1 version should work better for you. :)

As of right now, Stocard, theScore and SoundHound are the only 3rd party apps I'm running.
If you like sports and haven't yet. Grab bleacher reports team stream. It's an amazing app for pushing news you care about. Individual players. Teams. Leagues. Etc. best app by a landslide in sports IMO.

If you use fantastical 2 (which is great for calendering) you can see your current to do. iOS allows adding them via voice by default.

Dictated notes would be nice. I'm still trying to find a good app for that. I'm not a massive Evernote fan. Not sure why or when I fell out with it but I did.

What's the advantages of 1Password on the watch?
Google authentication decaying tokens were added to 1p not long ago. They are now available on the watch app nullifying a need for a third party she tipster. Even on iOS you can pull the entry up with share sheet to copy and paste within safari on authentications counts.

It allows you access to specified passwords on the watch. Pretty useful if you use hard to remember passwords every day.
But what are you doing that requires a password, i.e., using the iPhone to access site - then use 1P there. On the computer - use 1P on the computer?

I use and love 1Password, I don't see having it on my watch as an advantage - see what I'm saying. I'm on a device that will leverage 1password directly and haven it on my wrist is superfluous.

Works for me because I don't have 1password on my work machine nor do I want to store any personal passwords in chrome or anywhere else on my work computer..on my iPhone or at home then yeah it's pretty useless.

NatWest - The iPhone App has now included Apple Watch.
Once activated from the iPhone app you can then access from your watch your balance, latest payment history and best of all get money from cashpoint machines without the need for a debit card.
