The paper that came with my shipping envelope still says that they will be shipping replacements in late March. In reality, I just received the envelope yesterday and FedEx ground delivery won't get there for at least a few days. I wonder if they are quoting late April (or "beginning of late April"?) for new inquiries?Now late April....are you freaking kidding me!!!! So an entire season has to pass before I get what I paid for back in December of 2009? This is so unacceptable.
Yet another reason to never do business with ZAGG.
