Yep. Nice tailwind at FL310.

Still showing 9/26 delivery, though (west coast). Seems like plenty of time to make it out here to the hub in ONT or BUR, then truck up coast to SBA. Eh. It'll be here.

Meanwhile, I can look over the new dock. :)
 
Those of you in SoCal with your phone stuck in Louisville the following flights arrive in SoCal between 430 and 500am.
UPS 914 to Burbank
UPS 918 to Ontario
UPS 922 to San Diego
UPS 904 to LAX
Hope our iPhones make one of these flights tonight !

There's a UPS flight from Louisville to Boston scheduled to land tomorrow 6:00 AM, departing Louisville around 3:30ish AM IIRC. I live in southern Maine and I'm still hopeful that UPS tracking is correct and I'll have my phone by EOD tomorrow.
 
To be returned

Went to my local AT&T for my iPad and found the same phone I ordered.
Got pissed off so I just purchased it but can't cancel order, so will be returning the shipped iPhone. Just couldn't take the wait any more!!!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek:

I still had this open in another tab because I'm in SoCal too and trying to figure out what day to expect my delivery. But this person got their delivery the day after it left AK, so there is hope!

Does it look like this is just a phone to me? I've been staring at four Flight Control screens for 72 hours and practicing my landings on my Flight Sim software. Now I look like this:

You know, I could just look at my package tracker widget, but why do that when I can come here and read all about the actual plane that likely carries my stupid phone! This thread is one giant tracking widget!

For those of you who think this is crazy for just a phone, I recommend you don't go on designer purse forums. I'll admit I'm crazy when it comes to getting my stuff since I'm very impatient.
Imagine if you had to call apple stores around the world to get the specific model, color, etc. And then find out the sales associate sold the last bag made by Chanel for the season to another customer. yeah. This is really nothing. It's just for fun though, and obtaining that item that hard to get item makes it worth it.
 
I got my 32gb sliver/white AT&T 5s today at 6:48pm edt. So far, it is awesome. I kind of expected my package to miss the projected delivery time, but in the end, still got the phone.

thought about doing this the other day when apple had in store reservations and my exact model was available. But it wouldnt be as fun as tracking flights and the surprise each morning to a new status update on ups.com
