Editorially, I dislike sending old articles (and their existing comments) to the frontpage.
If there have been updates to the article, we don't know anymore what the original commenters were reacting to. Of course, newer commenters may come in with new information learned from other articles and announcements.
The frontpage shows today's date - only after opening it we see the original date... I guess nothing was updated?

Peak size. I think the Pro Max is already too big and uncomfortable.. Now it's even bigger! 😔

I will upgrade from my iPhone 13 Pro to the 16 Pro Max. I usually upgrade every 3 years. Even though i like that the dynamic island will probably be getting smaller on the 17, i will be happy having one at all and the always on display with the 16. Also, i am interested to run Apple Intelligence and the games which are not compatible with my 13 Pro.
They manage to contradict themselves in the same article between #1 and #9 now...

I get the new Max Pro every year on launch and just yawn. Ordering the 16 in a few hours, looking forward to the 17 next year. A perpetual $56 payment.
I'll stay on my 13 mini until Apple offers smaller phones again.
I'd say it's pretty well confirmed at this point.
These article reposts don't always work well.
If they want me to buy, they need to make one the size of my 13 mini.

Probably - all of the online YouTube accounts post reviews of the phones, here just posts whatever tidbits that Gurman guy suggest as gospel. The "buyers guide" is the best thing about this site, so I'm glad its here as there's nothing else to fill that niche online.

I’m down to 93% only after a year with my iPhone 15 Pro Max due to the heating issues I have been having. I’m excited for the 16 Pro Max since it will be longer battery life and better cooling.
Last time Apple did in house modem didn’t go so well. 1st gen of that is not a good sell.
