I’ve had nothing but Plus models — just traded in my 11 PM — so the 12 PM isn’t much of a difference.
I love it.
I love it.
So are you going to keep the 12 pro?Having the benefit both a 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max, i'm leaning towards returning the Max and keeping the Pro. Love the screen - hate the size/feel.
I have big hands and have had the + or Max phones for years, and am coming from an 11 Pro Max. But the slight size increase coupled with the squared off edges make the 12 Pro Max feel awful, and incredibly difficult to hold.
Never thought i'd go back to the smaller phones, but Apple really screwed this one up. Even 'big phone people' like me are finding it too big.
yeah i hear ya, same boat, feel same way!Having the benefit both a 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max, i'm leaning towards returning the Max and keeping the Pro. Love the screen - hate the size/feel.

I have the Pitaka Air case on my PM love it! so minimal, to be its manageable, I had an apple leather case on and it seemed so bulkyHere is a video of it on the 11 PM. It looks like this, just with flat edges.
Honestly I have mixed feelings. I like the grip it provides. I like that it's so lightweight it's like having no case at all.
I don't like the exposed buttons on the side. It makes it feel too flush with the case itself. I also miss the level of grip provided by a silicone case.
I have a cheap silicone case from Amazon coming on Monday. My guess is I'll use that instead and return the Pitaka. I'll know for sure what I'll do once I get the silicone case. I absolutely won't go caseless. The frosted back is insanely slippery IMO.
I owned an iPhone 6 plus followed by a Samsung Note 8. The Pro Max is a slightly larger phone, but not by much.Hi, just got My 12 pro max.. And holy Mother of huge god this is HUGE. Haha. I am really in chok. It is and it feels huge. Like an mini iPad..
What do you other say, Who got it in hands.

What's funny, is that I have opposite experienceHaving the benefit both a 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max, i'm leaning towards returning the Max and keeping the Pro. Love the screen - hate the size/feel.

This design will be around for at least the next 3yrs if not 5+. Apple didn't retool this year to only change it the next.So I've used mine for a day on the weekend and decided to return it. I think I could adjust to the size but I don't like the design. Spending that much money on a phone I don't love doesn't seem right. Don't see the benefits in comparison to my 11 PM either. The larger screen is not really useful except for in movies and games maybe. The bigger and bulkier camera only shines in edge-cases and sticks out by a bit even if you put a case on so it never lays flat on the table. I like the flat edges a lot but of all the new iPhones I think the PM ist the least nice. Really disappointed that Apple took the PM-line into this direction but it's only 10 months to the iPhone 13 anyway - so maybe 2021 will be better!![]()
Point well taken. However we might see addition of underscreen Touch ID or micro oled screens etcThis design will be around for at least the next 3yrs if not 5+. Apple didn't retool this year to only change it the next.
Agree, it's now a 3-years cycle. First year new design, second year features improvement, third year performance improvementsThis design will be around for at least the next 3yrs if not 5+. Apple didn't retool this year to only change it the next.
