What a game at Turf Moore!

3-0 to Burnley with 5 minutes to go.

That will take it to extra time and if it stays 3-0 they will go through on away goals!

So far if you look at each half of the two games it is:

1 - 0
0 - 4
1 - 0
2 - 0

What a game!

Just got home from work. I saw the third Burnley goal. Extra time should be pretty exciting.

We're watching it at the moment and I can confirm that it is quite, quite ace.

They might look a bit like Sc*nthorpe, but I'm not going to hold that against the Clarets.

It is a great game to watch, the only problem is we are both watching it and posting on a computer geeks forum at the same time.

I expect Spurs will lay down and die in the final. It will be ugly. Not that I want that to happen, but Tottenham are not really showing signs of wanting to put up a fight.

Burnley wanted it more today, but Redknapp is lucky. May his luck take him past United at Wembley.

SPURS beat manyure 4-2. bet on it. ;)

i have got to quit smoking crack and using the computer at the same time....

With skill and a little luck, Pompey beat Man U last season in the FA cup. Harry finds himself in a similar position this season. Smart money is on Manchester United of course, but Spurs could be good for an upset.

I have to admit that I was actually cheering on Havant & Waterlooville last season - even when they faced Liverpool. It's such a great story you want them to succeed, even if you know the odds are monumental.

Sky Sports News is reporting that we've agreed a £5 million deal with Fulham for the services of Jimmy Bullard. If true, this could turn out to be a very important signing for us...

Wow

What a signing that would be. We have freed some wages up with the loss of King, Giannakpidicjkdosopspamd, Windass and apparently Marney is on his way out too.

That would be a huge signing for you. Bullard always gives full effort and is capable of lifting a side. He was great when he was a Latic..

Speaking of the Latics, we have loaned Marlon King to Middlesboro, apparently Mido is coming on loan in the other direction, giving us an all Egyptian strike force.

If we do get Bullard and we are interested in Camara too, we will be turning into a Wigan B team.

No disrespect to you but why would Bullard go there? He moved to Fulham to be in London with his family. He is only leaving the club for more money. Is Hull going to offer him that much more for him to go up there? And didn't Gary Megson say that 5m was not acceptable to the club?

Heck, if he is willing to move back up north Wigan should put in a bid. He'd be a great replacement for Palacios.

I think you missed an 'a' out of his name there.

I'd not heard about Marney, where's he reckoned to be going?

Not heard where he is going. All I know is that he was one of the 5 who where a bit annoyed by the Man City team talk. Apparently the 5 are:

King
Windass
Marney
Geo
.......

Not sure of the 5th. I think things are sorted with Geo so he is getting rid of the rest.

Maybe he feels like he needs a new challenge? Or maybe he's a big fish and chip fan - I don't know. But if these reports are true then clearly there's something here that Fulham can't offer him.

One thing's for sure though, if he harbours any England ambitions after his recent inclusion in the squad he might as well forget it. There's no chance of a Tiger wearing the Three Lions at senior level...

Used to think that about the Latics, but that changed. Plus, I think unlike Sven, the current regime operates more under the "if they're good enough and in form then it doesn't matter who they play for."
