I was going to say hopefully we'll play them early and can capitalise on some new manager uncertainty, but that didn't work out so well the last time we played them.

It's going to be a tough season for the Tigers, but I see that all season tickets have been sold. Fortress KC stadium.

Of course, a large chunk of those were only sold after we'd won promotion – expect to see a full house against the likes of Chelsea next season, and quite a few empty seats when the likes of Fulham and Bolton pay a visit...

Because a player cannot be offside if he's behind the ball, at the time of the pass.

but the run and the passes(especially the one at midfield that got the ball to arda) that got them there ,imho, made it a thing of beauty. should have been more specific i guess...

Leigh is in the northwest of england - between manchester and liverpool. Not far from my home town of Wigan.

Leigh's in Greater Manchester, so they're having to compete for supporters with some big teams – for one thing there's the two huge, world famous clubs in that part of the world, Manchester United and Stockport County.

Yeah, Wigan's first premier league game was home to Cheksea. A great game, only spoiled by Hernan Crespo's 91st minute winner.

We were discussing this at a family barbeque last night, actually (in between making fun of a Leeds United supporting uncle ). We're anticipating a long away trip, so Portsmouth it'll probably be.

What a ridiculous end to the season for us.. they're telling us it's not fixed.. but we play Chelsea and United in the third last and second last games. Stupid.

Hull vs. Arsenal falls 2 days after my birthday

Hull's first game home to Fulham.. winnable.

So, our first ever top flight fixture is a home tie against Fulham.

Meanwhile, the last match of the season sees us entertaining Manchester United at the KC. hopefully they'll have won/lost the title by this point, as we may need to get some points from that game.

Hmm... actually, our first three matches are Fulham, Blackburn and Wigan – hopefully we'll have a chance to get some points on the board from the opening games to give the boys a bit of confidence.

1) Chelsea play the other 3 at home first, then play them all away.
