Hamilton and Raikonnen both under investigation. What the hell for is beyond me. Surely it can't be because the went sliding off the track due to the rain.

Wow that was a good race, loved some of the high speed camera shots and overtaking.

Good watching Hamilton in the rain, you expect him to crash the way the car twitches and the speed but some how he keeps control.

Wonder if Hamilton would rather Raikkonen didn't crash, if it means that Masa will get support in the remaining races.

. I'd be surprised if anything happened here.

Indeed, it will most probably be for the time that Hamilton missed the chicane to avoid a crash but he gave the place back so nothing much really to give out a penalty for there.

The last few laps were heart in the mouth moments.

Surprise, surprise. A red car didn't win so they're having a stewards inquiry. :(

I think it's probably more to do with the silver car completely cutting the last corner.

Hamilton is getting even more repulsive as this season goes on. I guess he regrets the "I hardly ever get overtaken" comment. If he's not careful then people might actually start looking at him with the same critical eye as the other 19 drivers. Well, maybe not until James Allen is gone for good, but that won't be too long now.

Which it was forced to otherwise they would've crashed but he followed the rules and gave the place up.

Yes, but it's an incident which requires investigation. You folks are acting as if one of the drivers has been penalised.

There is little trust in the stewards.

Why are they taking so long to make up their mind?
I've seen similar incidents before and it there has been no mention.

Which he then yielded and gave Kimi the lead.

Anyway Kimi used his skill to stuff it into a wall.

certainly raikkonen has only to blame himself for being out of the championship, but Lewis mouvre was obviously illegal. he won't be punished for it because he is Lewis and drives a mclaren, but if anyone think that he didn't gain an advantage by overshooting the turn and cutting the chicane, you're out of your mind.

So you didn't see him hand back the lead to Kimi? As per the rule if you cut a chicane.

But that's exactly the point - Hamilton may just have had a slow exit on the straight and made no attempt to allow him to re-pass. The stewards will be investigating whether he did play by the rules or not by analysing the data from the car. It's not as easy to make decisions like this as you think.
