The Leafs are 6 points out, and give up a goal to Buffalo in the first 2 minutes?
They are toast. Charge up the golf carts.

Sidney Crosby returns to the ice for light workouts. Not too late to schedule earlier tee times fyi![]()
I never thought I would see this happen ... however I think it is Fantastic news! The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan which owns 66% of the Team is looking for $1.3 Billion Dollars. I can't wait to see who buys them.
Pronger is out till the start of the playoffs...ugh..tough schedule for the Flyers too. Boynton better step it up.
That's a 25% premium on the 'book' value.
Not a bad ROI, at 10x their original purchase price.
Does Robbers have THAT much money? Sorry, silly question, of course they do, yours and mine.
MONTREAL -- Washington Capitals coach Bruce Boudreau has a message for fans who don't want to see players injured by hits to the head in hockey.
"If you don't like it, don't come to the games," he said. "I think players realize they could get hurt.
"They don't want to do it, but unless you've played and seen what goes on with the speed of the game, you're not going to be able to argue with it."
Hockey fans gathered outside Montreal's Bell Centre before Tuesday night's game against Washington to protest the NHL's decision not to suspend Boston's Zdeno Chara for his hit on Canadiens forward Max Pacioretty last week.
Pacioretty was knocked unconscious and taken to a hospital with a serious concussion and a fractured vertebra in his neck.
Boudreau questioned the motives of the protesters, saying they would likely not be so upset if it had been a Montreal player who hit a Bruins one.
"I don't want to get into a controversy, but what if that was Hal Gill that hit David Krejci?" he asked. "I don't think there would be a protest going on here today."
And Bruce Boudreau hits the nail on the head calling out the whiny fans in Montreal...

Starting tonight, players suspected of having a concussion will be removed from the game and sent to a quiet place free from distraction so they can be examined by the on-site team physician. The physician will use the Sports Concussion Assessment Tool test to evaluate the player. Symptoms include loss of consciousness, motor incoordination or balance problems, a blank or vacant look, slow to get up after a hit to the head, disorientation, clutching of the head after a hit or visible facial injury in combination with another symptom.
Why does everybody bash Nashville?
Marchand gets 2 games. His hit wasn't that bad nor did it seem intentional, but it was a shot to the back of the head from behind, so if the league wants to start establishing consistency, it seems about right.
Yeah, I just saw that. I rewatched the game and he clearly does hit him in the back of the head. It's a bit unfortunate but I think you are right.
Are you guys friggin' serious? Not intentional? What are you watching?

He went to bump him away from the puck, I don't think he was deliberately trying to hit the guy in the head.
