I am pulling for the dawgs also..... Me hates the damn gators. Hoping to make it four losses in a row for them!!!
Ugh...this is the worst team we've had in the Mack Brown era, IMO. Mediocre on both sides of the ball. Our poor defensive is particularly saddening.
At least Baylor has the excuse of the fact they are Baylor. UT does not have an excuse.
I think the players bought into their own hype. We're kind of like the college version of the Dallas Cowboys. Lots of swagger, but not a lot of substance. I don't doubt the talent is (mostly) there, but the players don't appear to be willing to work for it.
I will say I am rooting for Baylor in this game. I would want to see nothing less than UT to loose being over rated and to force the big 12 to rethink the massive unbalance of money it is throwing UT's way.
^^^ yeah, you do seem to have quite the chip on your shoulder. You spend more time talking about Texas than you do Texas Tech.![]()
I would like to see them win just because it would be hilarious. I always kind of root for the smart kid school. Every conference has one, and they usually suck at sports (or football, at least). I always find it fun when a smart-kid school has a good year in football. Well, except for Notre Dame.
Speaking of Notre Dame...WTF? Down by one, in FG range with your backup QB in, and you throw to the endzone? How about kicking that FG for the win?
I almost do not want them to make it to a bowl game this year.
This is just unheard of.
You should cheer the kids, regardless of how you feel the school handled the Leach situation.

They just have to finish off the season wiht out loosing.
That means being OU and Nebaska.
I think they will beat A&M at home.
Now A&M last hope I think for a bowl game will be beating UT in Austin and I just do not see UT suffering yet another loss at home after this embarrassing season with multiple huge upsets at home.

Wait...didn't you predict a rather easy win for Tech at Kyle Field today?
I will admit that I'm super surprised Baylor won in Austin tonight. Kudos to the Bears...I honestly didn't think they had it in them.
As for the Aggies, I wonder how much better our record would be this year if Sherman had used a quicker hook on Jerrod Johnson this year once it became obvious that something was wrong with him. Especially after Ryan Tannehill (the backup) broke pretty much every single-game passing record A&M has today in the blowout win over Tech.

No what I said was A&M only had 2 games I saw them having a chance of winning TTU and Baylor but I have to change that to TTU and UT after todays game.
They beat TTU now they have to win another one.
TTU only had to win one more game and I saw they had 2 they had a good chance of winning on which were A&M and UofH.

Tech is 4-4. They need to win two more to make a bowl.
