Turns out they mistook my cc info...so they called me back on Friday night for it. Still waiting to be charged and was told a 2nd time that I'd be getting a 2015. The dGPU versions are again out of stock this morning so who knows what I'll actually be getting. Cmonnnnn space gray!

Seriously. I feel like sooo many people had credit cards that got declined for some unknown reason. Very strange. They didn't catch mine for like 4 days either.

Nope, did not request anything, did not pay anything except the battery replacement fee. It's not a new one thought, it was written 'certified refurbished' or something on the box. But it appears new.

So freakin lucky to have received this upgrade. To be fair my retina screen always had ghosting issues and the bezel was peeling in addition to the failing battery, but I am quite pleased with the result! May purchase 5 year Apple care too since all I had to pay was the battery replacement fee.
 
is there a way to check which config you're getting? CC been charged but repair status online says no status

dang i feel like i'm the only one with a base 2012 retina that didn't get a 512gb with radeon 455. still thankful though =)

Customer service that exceeds any reasonable expectations. Couldn't be happier!
 
This is getting frustrating as a UK resident. All you Americans are getting them a lot quicker. I had my confirmation of machine last Tuesday and still waiting on CC being charged. I even called to verify they have the right details and there's no issues. What is taking so long?!
 
So came in to replace the battery for my MBPr early 2013 with a Dutch keyboard on June the 26th in Germany.
Estimated repair time was 10-14 Days (August 11th they expected the top case).

However, today I got an e-mail from the store manager and they received the top case yesterday! So it’s ready to pick up now.

So the restraint is over soon or they found a topcase laying around somewhere. Happy to have my battery replaced finally. The MacBook Pro still is a great machine.

Same problem here. Called them yesterday and they said it can take upto 2 weeks for the parts (or machine) to come in!

I'll be a lot more comfortable once my card is charged
 
Is anyone from Waterloo/Kitchener, ON, Canada, who has already received the computer? My appointment was July 25th and my cc has not been still charged:(
 
Just got a call from the store - they won't have the battery in until end of august / beginning of september, so looks like the contraint is still real. Still no offer of free replacement or free battery, despite the wait. Genius appt was June 25, California.
