My last MBP lasted me 5 years, so figured I’d go for something that will hopefully last another 5.
The new keyboard...damn impressive!
No movement on my end either. i7/16/1TB ordered May 4 and shipping to Toronto. Expected delivery according to Apple is May 22-28.
Status hasn't changed since ordering, but I called Apple last night and they said my card was authorized and a charge went through (which I don't see on my CC online yet fwiw), but I'm hopeful there will be movement soon.
Delivered, and typing on it right now!
It runs noticeably better than the 2020 MacBook Air i5.

I probably would have went for a 14" if it was announced, but when I saw the updates I pulled the trigger on an open box 16" about $600 off retail. Waiting is the hardest part.

Obvisouly, it didn’t arrive yesterday. DHL still hasn’t received the parcel. New date is set to be 11 May.
Still no CC charge...
Stores (Apple+3rd party) are reopening on Monday, will definitely go there to see if I can pickup one directly and cancel the order

Those who get June delivery, you can raise a return on the 14th Day. Then actually ship on the 14th Day. If Apple release the 14inch on WWDC. Mines arriving 13-20th May :/

Update - item has shipped and currently in Shanghai. Apple is saying delivery on 15th now however hoping earlier in the week.
1939. Fans didn't really become noticeable until almost end of the benchmark test.
