Im not talking about getting mad that i won't receive my watch on launch date or the next week for that matter, hell i won't be getting mine anytime soon unless it gets delivered this friday or saturday since the person that was going to be bring mine is coming visit on sunday but i doubt you will see any post of mine "crying" about not getting my watch early.

The thing is if people feel the need to bitch or rant about this launch ffs let it be, if you don't like it just move along mate it certainly doest bother me (unless the flood the forum with threads about the same crap lol) and some even enjoy it, the only one whining about something here is you that seem be tired of reading this kind of post :p its Apple pre order of a new product what would you expect ?

They're allowed to complain about the orders not arriving early (despite no indication that these orders would arrive early), and I'm allowed to tell them that it's silly to complain that you didn't get your order earlier than the delivery estimate you got.

No where is there any proof that certain models were not available for a 24th delivery.
No where.

Thanks for acknowledging that Apple has failed to expressly admit that certain models were not available for a 24th delivery. You're correct - there is no "proof." Proving a negative is very difficult. That being said, the circumstantial evidence strongly suggests that the SS Space Black, among others, was not available for a 24th delivery.

Really? The Space Black SS models were 4-6 weeks shipping from the second the site went live. The Silver SS link models were 2-4 weeks from the first second and went to 4-6 weeks about 5 min later. If that's not "proof", I don't know what is.

You mean except for those that were sold to people who posted that they were in the first batch, right?

And those are only the people on one website vs. the 2M orders that were placed.

Just spoke with a friend of mine who's a manager at Apple and he says, based on what the retail teams have been told, to educate customers that the estimated wait times are accurate and to expect the arrival of their watches within their specified timeframe. Looks like we will not be receiving these watches by Friday...... Bummer!!!

What else would you tell a customer? You don't want to create a bad impression by over promising the delivery. I'm glad they are being up straight forward about it.

If you are basing your circumstantial evidence based on what anonymous people claim on one website vs. the millions of orders placed, then you may want to re-examine your "evidence".

Complaining that Apple didn't admit something that is not provably true is a silly stance to take.

It is wrong that you are complaining about Apple since you own so much Samsung stock and have short positions on Apple. See how that works?

This is the worst product launch Apple has done in the last 10+ years.

I hope Apple learns from their mistakes and doesn't do another phantom launch EVER AGAIN.

Here's that proof you wanted:

So I think the cut off for hope would be tomorrow end of day. I looked up my iphone 6 plus order and I had a shipping window of up to 3 weeks and I got it on launch day. I got a shipping email on the Wed before release.

I appreciate a person that can get us back on topic.

Waiting for our beloved devices is much more important to me--Just wish I would see some movement. In all actuality it is pretty amazing the amount of orders they can move with the accuracy in the supply chain-wish my field was like that.

Yeah. I agree.

Interesting my apple watch charger just shipped (just checked the apple site) but via FedEx. Still nothing on the watch.

Apple did have a press release shortly before the 10th that said "we expect that strong customer demand will exceed our supply at launch" and "to provide the best experience and selection to as many customers as we can, we will be taking orders for Apple Watch exclusively online during the initial launch period.” Okay, that doesn't say anything about specific models, but it's a definite warning about short supplies.

Well, if Darth Vader were real, you know he would already have his space black link bracelet — not so much because he's a celebrity, but because when Darth calls to explain, "I find it difficult to believe you do not every model available for launch", after a few breathless moments I'm sure the Apple rep would indeed find the watch he was looking for.

You got me. But do me a favor before you leave the office tonight, confirm with Tim that the SS Space Black was never available for a 24th delivery. Thanks, Buddy. And I better get back to my investments - I just know apple will hit $50 any day now and I'll be rich!!!!

sorry guys i haven't been much on here lately, so a Questions that you probably heard million times.

Has any of the 13-27 May wave seen any movement on their watch? such as charges and preparing for shipment?

Thank you

Thank you

A few (supposedly) but not many have been charged. I don't think I have heard of anyone going to preparing.

I haven't seen anywhere that people who ordered the Space Black Link are in the first batch. I ordered (confirmed) at 3:01. There couldn't have been that many ppl in front of me. Earliest anywhere is 4-6 weeks.

Yeah, if I don't get any changes tomorrow, I'll probably stop checking my order status every 10 minutes and just wait and try not to think about the Watch too much.

First time post. I think I've got some activity on my order....

I paid via PayPal Credit. It was pending $450-ish since I placed my order at 12:04, but now it's changed to just the amount for AppleCare.
This is for the 42mm space grey aluminum black band. I had a 38mm reserved as well and cancelled that a day later. It too has changed to just the
amount for AppleCare. I think they're starting to process our orders, guys!

Shipping method

I really have no hope for getting it Friday but curious if us unfortunate souls in the 2nd wave get next day shipping as well or is that just the 4/24 folks?

Talked to a an Apple Rep today... She told me Space Black was the most popular followed by Space Gray.... Hmmmmmm
