Thank you Baby Jesus!
This is the first time I've thanked Baby Jesus and I hope the little guy can deliver.

what happened to that March-event with actual products?
The more I read MR articles about the next iPhone the more I realize they're like "we don't ******* know"
LOVE the SE!The iPhone SE is good, what more would you want in a small phone? Maybe 3D touch? But otherwise it seems pretty awesome to me.
All a curved display would add is reflections all the way down the edge. It's a ludicrous gimmick that Apple would never implement. Ever.I actually welcome the curved display. It can add another dimension to the OS - and we all know iOS needs another dimension.
Yeh, I agree! And then you would have to have a case that is curved too.I hope they do stick with flat, curved has no advantage whatsoever. Why would I want to look at curved pictures or videos?
Yeh, then we can call it "Curvegate".A curved display is a gimmick and would only lead to more broken screens.
I feel mixed about that. Sure we consume rumors, but part of me feels nostalgic for the days when we were excitedly surprised. At least there's no consensus yet. Conspiracy theorists (and they're coming out of the woodwork these days) may wonder if Apple agents themselves are muddying the rumor waters.
This, squared.
No it doesn't. The last thing iOS needs is more garbage disguised as "features". You don't speak for ALL of us lol....

Not sure why anyone would think Apple would go for a curved screen. It's just a dumb gimmick on the phones which do have it - poor ergonomics and usability for no real gain in functionality.

Other than a tricky look, what "dimension" does it add? Seems like unusable wasted pixels, lower battery life, and more $'s.
That "dimension" being gimmick and novelty, things Apple are well known to dislike. Were curved screen actually conducive to adding functionality, don't you think we'd have more of them by now? Square steering wheels can also "add a dimension" to driving, but do you see them?
