Carrier 5S order through AT&T not shipping until 10/21?

Hello,
So I ordered the 5s 16gb silver at an AT&T store on Sunday, 9/22. I woke up today and checked my order status and to my pleasant surprise it says "Shipped."
But the problem is, I didn't receive an email saying it has been shipped, nor does the order status contain a tracking number or a carrier! Anyone know what's going on or if anyone had this same experience? Maybe the information just hasn't been updated yet?

Apple underestimated how many folks wanted gold, they were expecting Space Grey to be the most popular model. Many people around the internet three weeks ago were not expecting to get the gold model because they thought it was tacky and stuff like that. However, a week within the release day, everybody apparently changed their mind and decided to get the Gold models.
It is so popular, there was a rumor that Apple has told their producers to scale up the gold models by a third, which says a lot.
Processing was about 24 hours but once it changed to In Progress, everything came within 12 hours.
Ordered yesterday (9/26) in store at ATT
Checked order status today and it says "in progress," however it also gave me a tracking number. The tracking says it is in transit and should be delivered to the store Monday. Does that mean it's shipped despite it saying "in progress" on the order status?

Okay guys so my phone and SIM card now show processing, UPS is set as the shipment method, the tracking number says pending shipment, and s hipping date says 9/27..... So I am assuming its heading out sometime today?

Throughout the week my status was Preparing to Ship and my estimated delievery date was Oct 21-Oct 30throlleyes.
A few days ago my sim went from Backordered to Processing.
Today my iPhone shipped via UPS and I will have my Golden Girl on Monday!
Moral of the story do NOT trust AT&T estimated delivery times!

It was processing for about a day and a half. This morning I got the shipping info and tracking.
