256gb Plus. Jet Black. Delivers Sept. 28 (ordered via VZW site). My email confirm came at 2:21 AM CST. I think I got the order in around 3-5 mins before the email time. Can't remember. Site didn't pop for me for at least 10 mins after live time. And I had to enter in a bunch of info.
 
Anyone else wondering why NOBODY got launch day shipping for JB 7+s when there are plenty of regular 7JBs available to launch. I think that means there are no technical issues with having them ready and that they just had no idea what the demand would be, so they went conservative on the shipping estimates for everyone...and there are some that will be delivered launch day.

I guess I'm just hoping for the best...I am fortunate enough to to be in the first wave of Sep 26-Oct 3, but it would be nice to get it beforehand.

Also, the whole expedited shipping thing is nonsense. They may be getting hopes up...they always launch with quickest shipping possible. Look at all previous launch threads. Happens every year.

Just venting out....I am a Apple fanboy but I don't understand the fact that they don't realize that any new color/size they introduce will be in high demand. So many of us who get iPhones every year have seen it over and over again. Last year it was Rose Gold... this year it's Jet Black. This year will be the first when I won't get my iPhone on launch day. Why would you want to f@$# with your loyal customers? It's beyond me. So many of us got their orders placed in 2/3 minutes and still got 1/2 week shipping.

Same here. I've chatted in 3-4 times now and they keep saying they can't update it, despite the fact that many people have done so successfully.

Felix is clearly an idiot and the misinformed one. People had payed money for expedited shipping. The order even gets reprocessed. It's not just a text change.

I waited 2 hours on hold for much of the same thing. She said the button in the system was greyed out and they're already being shipped as fast as they can.

    This would also be unfair for the people who wanted to see the units in store before making a purchase, if we just sold out entire stock.
 
Just chatted with a rep... with no luck. Told him that I was ready to extra for expedited shipping. His response was that they are trying to ship as fast as they can and taking money from me wouldn't make any difference. He said that he noted on my order that I asked for expedited shipping.. I am taking it with grain of salt. I still have sliver of hope. Let's see.

The thing....there is no stock right now. Even people who wait in line won't get anything. What little *little* inventory stores get will probably be picked up by iPhone Upgrade Program customers within an hour.

His logic makes no sense. It's just as unfair to the people who stayed up most of the night and sacrificed sleep on a work day. Lol

Same exact phone, carrier/plan, and ordering method. Email was 2 minutes after yours... 10/4-10/10

However, the whole way through the checkout process, all the way through the payment step, I was quoted 9/26-10/3.

Afterwards, I ordered a regular 7, 256, Jet Black for launch day. Might stick with that and cancel the Plus. It would be nice to use my phone one-handed again...

there is a great chance it comes in that time span. if you have what i had which is Sept 26-Oct 3rd...its likely to ship on the weekend of the 24/25 (apple default is 5-6 day shipping)

Ugh... I guess it'll stay at work then.
