Yep been doing it for a few years now, they still do AM & PM only if you ask for it though (pay extra)
Currently my iPad is showing on Syncreon tracking as 'Shipment Pickup, Normal Status' from 6.59am this morning. Just downloaded that Parcel app everyone's talking about and while it finds my order, it says 'No data available'. Hopefully we'll get some more movement today.
Its the same number I put in the UK Mail website, shows as "Booked / Awaiting Collection"
EDIT - now doesn't work on the UK mail site.

If it says there's a problem getting parcel information, I'm having that issue too right now. Might be updating our parcel status'
Edit: I'm correct, my parcel now shows on the UK Mail website when it didn't before. It's 'Awaiting Collection'.
At least you are seeing some movement, I've had no updates since moving to preparing a while agomy pencil that was shipped yesterday for delivery today shipped by the afternoon, so if I don't see anything by 5pm I'm having doubts about tomorrow
Are you from the UK?
You may not see movement upto midnight tonight. This will go from the warehouse to the carriers main hub, then over night/early early morning to the local depot to your delivery location.
Click on 'track on website' it doesn't show much now, but it will show you more than syncreon and definitely more status updates than uk mail directly on their site.

I'm awaiting a case today from uk mail. No delivery slot yet. It got shipped yesterday evening and arrived in my city at 7am this morning. It's also been showing as 'onto delivery van'. Not sure if it will actually get delivered today as promised.At least you are seeing some movement, I've had no updates since moving to preparing a while ago
I wouldn't trust Syncreon 100%, only up till the point when the carrier receives the goods.
I am in the UK and I do hope you are right, I know the couriers can work very quickly but it's not even showing up in my support profile. I will be very relieved when I see some kind I've movement!
It's the line of business I'm in.
I've said countless of times today you may not see any movement up until midnight, that's when it could leave to go to the main hub or leave the main hub for the local depots, assuming when you ordered was the correct cut off time for deliveries on 31/3

Still Processing My Order for my iPad. Not impatient but more concerned the payment has failed. Still not showing as pending on my Santander banking services.
I've ordered something to be delivered today (a case) by uk mail, not much movement on the syncreon site, the app shows me, 'onto delivery van' (in my city) since 7am today. but so far nothing, no delivery slot or text either.
definitely not as good as dpd in that aspect.

and logistics is a wonderful industry, I think that's why watching the tracking info info can be so fun
The case isn't a valuable item, DPD wouldn't text you about a case that's worth about £40. All couriers will only text you for tracking depending on value of product OR if you have paid extra for a express delivery for example.
Once again your using a site that's not UKMail's, have you called them or checked there website to track the item? Was you given a tracking number from Apple in regards to your case?
nevermind. i just reloaded the ukmail site and its given me a time slot and also the option to get a text, when im the next delivery.
before, i didn't have the option for either.

Just received this midnight blue beauty by uk mail (ordered yesterday). They were within their time slot. But the email and text message that you're supposed to get when you're the next delivery didn't seem to work.
Anyways, I hope that I'll get the same driver tomorrow as he was really nice and obviously reliable.

I have the same thing coming tomorrow. Also the Smart Cover.
I believe the Air 2 Smart Cover is incompatible because of the location of the magnets? In other words, Apple wants another bit of bunce out of us!
