Thanks for your reply. Isn't there any alternative like waiting for new update or we must really reset? (Haha wrong emoji tho)removing the profile does not automatically get you out of the beta version...if you want to downgrade to 14.1, youʻll have to erase and reset your phone... (the rolling eyes tells me it might be sarcastic...so...nvm haha)
lmaoooo literally. some people have wars in their countries, guys.holy ****, it's beta software. beta. beta is not production. beta will have bugs. i was having a hard time believing the lot of you complaining here are this dumb, but hey it looks like 2020 still has some surprises.
it would not occur on Golden Master versions. This is exactly why wait 6 months before upgrading to the latest iOS versions. I also do it piecemeal across my iOS devices. Normally start with my non-essential iPhone 6s, iPad Pro and my iPhone X is last to upgrade, sometimes around the same time Apple announces the next version at WWDC. Yes, it’s that extreme, but I can risk these ‘mainstream’ betas these days even if Apple calls it GM.
Very insightful comment. So by your logic, why even have an Apple discussion forum, if all these things are meaningless since some people have some greater problems?lmaoooo literally. some people have wars in their countries, guys.
only option is to downgrade. just wait til the morning, most likely will be an update of some sortThanks for your reply. Isn't there any alternative like waiting for new update or we must really reset? (Haha wrong emoji tho)
Its 7.45pm Friday here in New Zealand and its been going on since Thursday afternoon .... started with some apps being opened but now its every time the phone is unlocked. Removed and reinstalled profile twice .... nada. But now I know its not just me!!Incredibly annoying. Before seeing this post, thought it was just me. 😂 removed and reinstalled the beta profile multiple times.
same thing happening to me, so annoying!!Everytime I pull down top of screen to the notification screen then flick it back up it shows again.

It’s driving me nuts and interfering with my job. Saw it on a previous betaI was just googling a fix for this. Any ideas or we just wait for it to go away?

The point of the beta is that people volunteer to find bugs before the public release. They really should have some type of program to look for and fix these bugs before releasing the beta to people.
I wonder, now, you can say I am overexaggerating a bit here....but when the AS Macs come out, will they also suffer the same annoying iOS bugs, like this one, because all of Apple's devices will finally be on one unified architecture?![]()
Thanks for the reminder peterlobl. Yes, we did sign up for Beta software knowing that we would likely experience bugs. This though, is one thoroughly unpleasant bug.so freakin peeved that beta software is buggy!
I ended up reaching out to Apple Support. They said I needed a computer backup to get it to go away. I don't have one so they said wait it out until IOS 14.2 is released. Hopefully that's soon....this is getting annoying.
