Why not? The case itself has been around for about 4-5 years now, with little to no significant changes. And if you really want to get picky, the design started with the original TiBook.
Not a big fan of black keys on aluminum. Maybe it will grow on me but right now I prefer the solid color MacBooks.

when with the highest selling Macs iTunes slows down seriously at about 60GB.
