I'm wondering when they are going to stop offering the refund.
I just called and they mentioned the old Price Protection Plan that was canceled last year, but he would open up a dispute for me and I would find out in a few days.
I am hopeful as Amex has always been good to me, they recently gave me full credit on two ipod nanos I bought last year and bricked on me. Needless to say I am not apple fan at this point.
They guy said that they are not giving it to anybody until after all has been reviewed. He said that him taking the information is not a guarantee that there will be a credit to my account. Furthermore, he said it will take up to 2 weeks for them to send out a letter with their decision.
I suppose that with soooo many claims, they will deny them.
Bah! I'm getting a busy signal. Are they closed for the evening?
I wonder if there is a difference depending on the AMEX card one has?
