Any 2015 rmbp models have staingate?

i never heard of apple fixing the problem other than them accepting to fix it now.

I can confirm that mine does NOT have the problem.

I read a lot into it, it looks like perhaps there was a batch of machines with the coating on the wrong side of the glass or something....
