That last part about the research was directed at me when I told them that their looks, which they brought up as some idiotic response to someone, has zero to do with biology and that how they choose to dress is THEM, not biology.

So in other words, you just assume he did because he said it. I grabbed someone ***** too, I suppose I am a sexual predator? Yawn. Grow up child. Your view of the world is way to narrow. And don't bother replying, it's wasted breath on your part. You really have nothing to add but to continue to repeat the MSM. Sad really.

Edit :

Oh, and it's a fact that Bill Clinton was an actual sexual predator. Facts, do you know what they are? Fact : Hillary had a private server and sent classified information. See how this works?
And while you brought that up, Hillary attacked, threatened and bullied the victims of her husband, trying to intimidate them into not testifying against Bill. So much for purporting to be a champion of women's rights.

Btw, I don't for a moment believe Trump actually did do that 'grabbing'; some women would probably smack him in the head if he did. I see that more as guy talk, boasting about their prowess, and exaggerating a little in the process to impress their friends. It's regrettable the Access Hollywood tape came up in the campaign, as well as the crucial timing of its delivery, but in the end this reflects more on the ethics of those parties responsible for releasing such damning information.

And evidently, despite the pundits proclaiming Trumps campaign to be over, millions of voters saw right through that.

So in other words Trump decided to pass the buck so he won't be blamed when it hits the fan. Just so you know I don't have a clear cut opinion on this matter. But history has shown the individual states have Been guilty of restricting and/or violating constitutional rights since the ink dried on the parchment.
It has always been the federal government to smack the states back in line.
No, the easiest way to pass the buck would have been to leave it alone and let Obama's policy remain in effect. However, President Trump decided this was an issue that the majority of people in Kentucky may feel differently about than the majority of people in Massachusetts so he took the position of letting states decide for themselves.

Of course liberal state legislators and Governors are upset now because they don't want to go on record implementing Obama's policy on their own out of fear voters will hold them accountable. Obama didn't just wait until his second term, he waited until after the midterm elections of his second term (May 13, 2016 to be exact) before weighing in on this issue.

As for the federal government being the great defender civil rights, in 1857 the US Supreme Court ruled in the Dred Scott case that slaves were the "property" of their owner and if a slave owner moved into a free state with their slaves, the that they could not be deprived of their property by the state. That was a 7-2 decision by SCOTUS and to the best of my knowledge 0 of the Justices were Republican because the party was still in its infancy.

Good luck Apple, and the other 53 companies.. Their gonna need it... I think its gonna get boiling..

Going up against Trump is like running into a brick wall blind-folded. He doesn't wanna know anything.

What about the 50% of Apple employees that do not support what Tim Cook's stand for ?

may be they don't want their little girls with a grown man who feels he is a woman in the same bathroom let alone in the same shower ?

Like any company u gotta go with what the boss says, even if your disagree, but i don't image any Apple employee would have a different view than Tim..

I dunno, maybie they do, but then if they had different views, why are those people working at an Apple Retail Store then?

so you imagine that every of the 100,000 Apple employees agrees with Tim!

people wonder where the new Mac pro, Mac Mini and "real" pro laptops are ?

Radical Leftist Social Justice Warrior Tim is so busy with bathrooms and activism that Apple has been an afterthought left to Ive

of course u think for yourself, that's common sense, but if you as a boss for a company then he expects everyone to be in favor what he says..

I'm not saying there won't be people that will feel different than what Tim thinks, but in reality, since u work for THAT company, do you really have a choice in the matter if u do think differently ?

After all, Tim wouldn't be putting it out there saying "Apple disagrees as everyone feels the same way" if the majority of the employees at Apple Stores were all in disagreement. would he ?

Basically he's thinking for himself,, which i "would" disagree on.

The fact that you think it's a choice shows just how poorly informed and ignorant you are. Have some tolerance and compassion. Besides, how does this impact you in the first place? Why do you care? Trump is a con artist and a criminal with deep ties to Russia, white supremacy and troublesome special interests. He is a disgrace.

Van Jones, is that you?

This is ridiculous.

Maybe Apple should stick up for Womens Rights, Gay Rights, ETC around the WORLD where LGBTQs are persecuted. Instead they just do it here where it fits their narrative.

Try going to Russia, Saudi Arabia, and sticking up for half of the things they put their money behind here.

What about India where Tim just spent $25 billion dollars with foxconn to build iPhones and where
he would be arrested in no time just for being gay

I'm starting to actually get sick of reading this stuff on Mac Rumors. Technically speaking this "background" stuff has absolutely nothing to do with the Mac and the tech that comes out of Apple. The editors, moderators and administrators of Mac Rumors obviously have an agenda to ram this stuff down our throats. Engadget is doing this crap as well and it's getting real old. Many come here to read and discuss our favorite Apple products. Instead we are treated to a constant barrage of political and social commentary.

the radical left always keeps their narrative going disguised as an open neutral forum so unfortunately they will not stop with this gender / race / sex bating articles

We are not intolerant. I have many LGBT friends.

This is nonsense, trivial issue.

If you have a pen*s you go in the boy's bathroom. It's as simple as that

I'm a gay man and many of my gay and lesbian friends have often questioned why we even get lumped in with the transgender folks anyhow. It's a completely different deal.

With that said, if a transgendered person has done a good enough job in their "makeover" no one is ever going to question or know what public bathroom they should use. Are we going to check genitalia before a person uses a bathroom? If someone thinks their transgendered, but cannot pass for the opposite sex then people are going to notice and say something.

The actual transgendered population is so small that this isn't really a major issue. In fact it's an issue most people didn't even think about until the whole Caitlyn Jenner thing. People seemed to lose their mind after Bruce became a she.

The federal gov't is not totally innocent. I never implied that it was. I just said the states have a long history of violating freedoms. Which usually has to be challenged at the federal level.
Some things like freedom needs to be set by Feds. Leaving it up to the states creates pockets of "legal segregation"

US citizens should be provided with the SAME rights no matter what states they travel to. As long as those states remain a part of the UNITED States.

I love Apple for supporting LGBT and women's rights. Let's get few facts out there. Apple with its rainbow logo is supper gay, their design uber gay and their company philosophy will turn every closet gay homophobic into super queen. The fact remains, information technology industry companies in general are liberal but Apple is possibly the most liberal of them all. I'm loving it! BTW, this Apple pride video is awesome:

you are talking to yourself and patting yourself in the back all while dividing and insulting anyone who disagree with you.

Nothing new here...!

We also need to support men's rights, straight people rights and anti-race, gender, sex bating rights

by the way the colored logo you are referring to has been replaced years ago.
the apple logo today is one color flat

good for you that like watching liberal gay parades but I disagree with you:
many gay people in that parade are also republicans including trans Cait Jenner

Because I don't relate to this particular problem, I'm going to oppose it and say ignorant things about it.

There, now I feel better about belittling people different from me.

Someone disagrees with me = ignorant person.
After calling them out like that, I'm gonna say that they can't stand different opinions :)

Privilege is when you don't have to worry about being fired from your job because of the color of your skin or being beat up because of who you sleep with. It's having a benefit because of who you are.

this race / gender / sex / religion divide keeps feeding the narrative of a certain party, so let's see:

so you are afraid of being fired for your color but then who hired you in the first place ?

Who is beating who for sleeping with who ?

oh ! may be you are referring to countries like Saudi Arabia, India and other countries where Tim Cook is very happy to do business with and keeps investing billions of dollars

It would be nice if Tim would refuse to do business with those country and stand up for his values if he really has any

on another note:
you are also probably against models since it's all about choosing only who is beautiful, skinny and tall ?

Sorry but ignorance is not referring to state of mind or opinion. It's referring to lack of education. That is fact based since in general those opposing LGBT rights have poor education compared to those who support the rights.

Bathrooms are not designed to cater to your mental outlook on life or to your desire to get attention

Thus why transgender people want to use the bathroom that matches their external appearance. A person whose outward appliance is a man and has female genitals will obviously go to a stall if they go to the men's bathroom and a person whose outward appliance is a women and has male genitals will also go to the stalls in the women's bathroom as there are no urinals. How on earth then is anyone seeing anyone's genitals. This may be different for change rooms however.

I don't get the logic here, because from my point of view someone who looks like a man going into a female bathroom just because they have female genitals or vice versa is far more attention grabbing then the alternative. Ask most transgender people and they won't tell you "oh I decided that I'd be this way because I thought it would be fun" - they are people who just want to fit in with the gender identity that best works for them - e.g. not attract attention, get on with their lives without abuse.
