all is good! got mine through the website and it kept my unlimited plan. Only downside is that it won't let you change the shipping address... grrr, so it's going to my parents house instead of mine. No biggy.

Try opening Chrome if you can't get Apple.com/store to load in Safari or Firefox.

Thanks for the tip!!!! Chrome worked smooth as butter. No timeouts as all. No problem at all. Still not loading in Safari with or without private browsing. Weird. Okay... back to bed for me ) Oh... I ordered the 32GB Black.

Very odd - I've been a perfect AT&T customer for 5+ years. I switched over to Mobile Share this month so I could add my iPad (5th device on the account), but now the Apple site won't let me add a 6th (iPhone 5) saying that I might need to pay a deposit.

That would be completely ridiculous ... never had anything like this happen before. I hope I can get this resolved ASAP.

For all those who think Apple.com is still down, try another browser or reset cache. Safari seems to cache pretty heavily, it's still down for me there too.

Ahhhh! Right. Of course. Cache. That makes sense. Anyway... back to bed for me My brain wasn't working well enough to think of emptying the cache.
