The 4.7" is not a phablet... heck the 5.5" is barely one. I know you love tiny screens so go and buy a 5S since it is still offered. If Apple had stuck with 4" only like you wanted them to I promise in a year or two they would be headed down the same path BlackBerry took. Right into the dumpster...

The world is moving on to larger screens so it's time you do as well.

We agree to disagree. I have a larger screen, it's called the iPad. And it works perfectly. But for a phone I want a phone and not something that tries to be a mini tablet.

Interesting- no saphire display. Other than that, remarkably accurate predictions.

No NFC support for verizon and tmobile and that means no Apple Pay!!! FAIL

I wonder if the production issues with the 6 Plus were a big bag of nothing or if supply will truly be limited at launch.

Watch gets magsafe charging not wireless.

Well, even with wireless, you are going to have to have a base charging block/station. So if you glue the magsafe on your nightstand, you get the same effect as wireless charging. :p

Notice how they aren't showing off the back of the phone very much?

Yea, I had a very hard time trying to find photos of the back, which I'm not really loving the look of. Thankfully, I plan to have it in a case so I don't have to see the back that often.

Also, I'm disappointed in the lack of a solid shiny black color. Again, a case will help me with the lack of a solid black color.

Doesn't anyone know if we can see the phones in person before release date or even on release date at apple stores?

I need to make up my mind about the 6 or 6+ version but I'd like to see it in person first!

I'm pretty sure if they had the minimum at 32 GB, more people would be less inclined to go up. For me 32 is the real minimum. It doesn't really cost them that much to go from 32 to 64.

Yes, that's exactly why they've done it. They want to squeeze every last penny from the consumer, just plain and utter greed.

Yes... as others have mentioned... 32GB should have been standard...but.. as also mentioned.... not that many people would go over that.

64GB at $299 gets Apple an extra $100 without making us feel as dumb as last year paying $299 for 32GB.

I would rather Apple didn't follow the market like sheep and kept making the best products. Just like how Apple didn't follow the market trend for netbook but instead made the iPad.

Nothing revolutionary about a larger screen phone.

It's a good thing they announced more than just a larger screen phone.

Apple's is entering into their 2nd year with TouchID and expanded its support into mobile payments.

When are the other guys gonna release their 1st decent fingerprint reader?

:D

Apple Store App is live

The Apple Store webpage is still down for me but I can get to it through the Apple Store app on my iPhone. It doesn't appear that an unlocked off-contract phone will be available on day 1. My only options are to replace this iPhone or replace another one on the same account.

So instead of dropping 16GB and starting at 32GB, they keep 16GB drop 32GB and go right to 64GB.

D*** move.

many people don't even need more than 8 gb for their phones how they use them, so 16 is plenty for bottom level, so I don't see keeping it low and as cheap as possible as being a dick move.

If everyone stopped buying the Iphone.... They would stop.... But people won't stop buying...

I am buying the iPhone 6 Plus 128GB no contract version for t-mobile.

The thing I am worried about is I dont need it at all but I am still going to buy it. My iPhone 5S works great and looks like new.

How do I control this or am I forever hypnotized?

When the apple watch comes out again I will buy that too.

I wish I could spend that much money on stuff like this without guilt. That is a lot of money to spend for a phone that is almost the same as the one you already have, just bigger, and a $349+ remote control.

only us, no payment in china japan and europe. big fail? yes!

I'll definietly be getting the 128GB iPhone 6 Plus, and skip on the iPad mini purchase.

I can't believe people still were thinking there was going to be a sapphire display. That sapphire screen rumor made absolutely no sense, and it was just clearly for iWatch/home button/lens cover.
