So in a few days when you are proven wrong I hope you learn not to just make things up, it's probably the most annoying part of the mac community. Everyone has an opinion..and we all know what they're like. Logic would tell us they will probably do the same procedure they have done for every single other release..and that would be not seeding it to ADC members before release and instead releasing a build "no one has ever seen".

So in a few days when you are proven wrong I hope you learn not to just make things up, it's probably the most annoying part of the mac community. Everyone has an opinion..and we all know what they're like. Logic would tell us they will probably do the same procedure they have done for every single other release..and that would be not seeding it to ADC members before release and instead releasing a build "no one has ever seen".
I talked with an Apple Online Store rep who told me, without a doubt, that regardless of what the Status says, the Up To Date orders will arrive on August 28th. So no worries.
now I have to decide whether to get this or the new version of windows vista. decisions decisions. haha.
OSX Snow Leopard of course. No Viruses. No Spyware. No Games. Coming Soon no access to porn. Firefox, Safari, Opera etc are all apps that will be banned due to them supplying access to porn.
They aren't "bogus" until we see the real build number now are they ?
And for all I know Apple has completed the 64-bit boot for Mac Pro's etc.
And I have been an ADC member for 10 years and I have NEVER seen a preview build become the GM.

Tiger 8A428, the GM, was available on ADC April 18th, and Tiger went on sale at the end of April.

I wish companies wouldn't screw us in the UK over exchange rates. $29 US, £25 UK ($41 at current exchange rate)
Slightly different standard of living / earning rates have anything to do with that?! Perhaps we both had to work similar amount of time in the same job to buy it?!
Curious, ill have to check into what prices are like in both ends of the standard of living scale - third world countries compared to high standard of living countries, perhaps I'll learn a little more about global economics.

You mean like this ? Please notice there was a "pre-release" version up there 2 weeks before the GM.
