Trump will go down as the best President of all time.. Keep America safe, it's a dangerous world out there and these snowflakes have too much guilt to worry about the troubles of this dangerous world. They're in their Hollywood mansions with their armed bodyguards and walls/fences around their Mansions but normal Americans can't have the same. #MAGA #Trump2020

Since SCOTUS ruled the implementation was constitutional it clearly isn't unconstitutional; especially since SCOTUS looks askance at attempts to make end runs around the constitution. Even Chief Justice Roberts upheld the ACA twice, and he certainly isn't part of the liberal wing.
 
After 40 pages I'm not sure it's been pointed out, but if this is about America's safety then why doesn't the ban extend to the Muslim countries from which terrorists who actually harmed Americans came from like Saudi Arabia? Why only the countries that Trump has no known business ties to?

I call shenanigans.

The military pockets $600 billion plus in taxpayer money and still Americans are killed and Russia still does what it likes. It's just welfare for otherwise unemployable bums and high-level scammers.

I don't feel safe, I feel ripped off.

That temporary ban was based on evidence found i.e.) a proper response based on the information at hand. Trump's ban is based solely on what they might do not what anyone has done.

Because, as has been pointed out on those 40 pages on numerous occasions, those where the only countries where this could legally be done within the confines of the law.
