Apple.com 6/17 Online Reserve

Does the reserve page stall for anyone else? I know it's jammed but I'm having trouble getting through once selecting a model.

*Nvm, seems that there were dozens of people trying to get the two 7+ black models in NYC..

I'm liking the east coast availability! I think tomorrow might be my lucky day. Only 2 more hours to wait for the mountain time zone stores.

Well that was interesting. I went to the IUP link and found a 128GB Matte Black and I was going to reserve that one at 10 as my other reservation was 10:30. When I tried to place the order, the system rejected claiming there was no more stock in that store. I guess there's only one, so I better get there at store opening to make sure this all works out.

Since I theoretically paid in full with another credit card, it's different than a reservation. It's just a pick up at store. I will put it on the IUP program when I arrive.
 
I just placed a reservation for a 7 plus matte black in 32gb which is the color i wanted. They had a silver 128gb that i was tempted for but honestly i have 1400 pictures that i actually need to get rid of on my 6splus 64gb and i still have 42gb left. I stream all my music so i should be fine. I did struggle with 16gb on my prior 6 plus, but the extra 16gb cushion is fine.

Question.... It says my item is being processed well notify you when ready. Will this be later tonight? I need to plan my day tom as its not my local apple store. Its one a hour away down the highway.

Also should i go a little early so hopefully i can get in and out fast? My reservation is for 4-4:30, maybe show up 3:30. Earliest they had, i need to get back by my kids baseball game. Thankfully its a home game and i can meet him and my fiance there.

I keep checking...and checking...and checking. I am stuck using my mom's 5C until November waiting on shipment of my preordered JB7+. Really kicking myself for being a good kid and giving her my 6 so she could use the AT&T free upgrade. :(

For those that did an IUP preorder, and were lucky enough to find one you wanted for instore pickup, did you have to cancel your preorder first? Or could you reserve a pickup in store and cancel your preorder once you got there? I doubt I will ever find a JB+ but if I do, I am nervous about cancelling a preorder until I have a pickup phone actually in hand after hearing of people that didn't get their "reserved" phone.
 
Yesterday I reserved a 7+ 128 GB MB AT&T although I have T-mobile . They refused to give me an iPhone unless I enroll as IUP and have at&t.

Does anyone succeed in reserving an att iPhone without att contract ?

I have to enroll for IUP for the first time once my phone comes in stock. Is that going to take long? Don't want to lose a reservation while I'm enrolling.

I'm on T-Mobile and I reserved a att phone Sunday. They didn't ask me with carrier I was with. I said I wanted to pay out right and I was done. Popped in a tmo sim and good to go!
 
For those of you that are waiting for JB models to pop up, the store near me (I'm in Sweden, however) had a
256gb JB 7 plus model when it refreshed 30 minutes ago. (It got sold within a couple minutes, obviously)

I managed to reserve the phone I wanted as well, 32gb mb 7 plus.

So yeah, stock is definitely getting better.

I reserved a 7+ 128Gb Black yesterday through IUP, went to the Apple Grand Central Store in NYC & picked it up at full price, no problem.

Only difference, there is a separate line for people who want to pay in full but have a IUP res which had 50 people in it, for straight up IUP the queue was much shorter and had only 4-5 people.

But its a legit way to get your iPhone 7 guys!
 
Just a quick question to see if anyone might know, I'm basing this off of what I did last year, but since I'm looking to return my 32GB 7+ and get 128 I should make a reservation in the store, correct? I attempted this last year and the store rep tried to talk me out of it because of how long it would take for the upgrade eligibility to reset since I bought it with the At&t next payments.
 
The 7Pluses flipped on in the Chicago area an hour early at 11pm central. Looks like someone at Apple thinks Chicago is in the eastern time zone...

Use the Apple Store app to buy and pickup tomorrow.

Similar thing happened around 23:00 for east coast.

So Are you in IUP already?
I went to the same apple store today around 1pm. The apple specialist insisted that she can't sell it to me because I'm not in IUP yet. Then I asked another guy, and he told me the same thing...
When she scanned the reservation QR code, it only says trade in on her device. She didn't know what to do next and canceled my reservation. Does any one know what I should tell them to make it work?

The guy who helped me had the same trade in page on his device. He asked another sales specialist what he needed to do and stated that he would need to leave that terminal and go to the regular terminal as they normally would when selling iPod, macs, iPads, etc. So he was able to do that and scanned the barcode on the box and marked it as "device only".
