I went to the same apple store today around 1pm. The apple specialist insisted that she can't sell it to me because I'm not in IUP yet. Then I asked another guy, and he told me the same thing...
When she scanned the reservation QR code, it only says trade in on her device. She didn't know what to do next and canceled my reservation. Does any one know what I should tell them to make it work?
There's a section in the reservation email that says you can use other methods of payment. Show them that section, and ask to speak to the manager.
