Apple.com 6/17 Online Reserve

It's not a chat, but came from the FAQ on apple's site. Looking at the faq now, it appears like it may have been changed to remoview it as I don't see the pay in full verbiage.

My friend was able to get a black 128gb AT&T 7+ in store when he saw it pop up on istocknow.

It didn't show up online as available for pickup so he went in person 5 min later and asked for it. They said they didn't have it but they checked again and were so surprised he knew about it and he bought it right there!

Btw istocknow has been updating rapidly throughout the day rather than midnight.

so your friend just walked in to the apple store and bought the phone right away without any reservation?

Made a reservation early this morning under the IUP link for 7+ MB 128gb. One for me and one for my daughter . Drove all the way to Indiana 2 1/2 hours . Put both of those phones on AT&T with no questions asked whatsoever. In and out in 10 minutes. So glad to be done with this whole ordeal.

just curious, does anyone have a screenshot of an Apple.com rep mentioning to use this specific link to reserve/buy a phone at full price? i'm going back to the same apple store that denied me earlier this week with my girlfriend to (hopefully) get her the iphone 7 plus we reserved for her today using the IUP link! Hoping to have as much ammunition as possible to ensure that we don't get denied tonight.

Clearly states on the email under FAQ that you can pay in full

Since I have a Verizon account I was going to just purchase outright for in store pickup using Apple's regular site, but then I get hit with a $20 upgrade fee on an account I just opened Friday... No thanks. I'll just make a reservation at midnight.
